Chapter sixteen

HARMONY'S POV:

We finally arrived in Paris. Adrain and I haven't spoken a word to each other since yesterday and, I'll like to keep it that way. We went into our hotel suit. The room was big but had only one bed.

I didn't want to talk to Adrain so I didn't complain about it. I carried my bags and started arranging my clothes in the closet when Adrain came in
  "Um... I don't have any work for today so, we can go out. Wherever you want" I just ignored and continued fixing my clothes. When I was done, I tried walking past him but he blocked me.

I looked up and glared at him but still didn't say anything. I pushed past him and went into the bedroom. He followed me and pushed me on the bed. I tried getting up but he got on top of me and pinned me with his body.
  "For fuck sake, why won't you talk to me?" I looked away from his face but he turned my face towards his
  "You know why, now get off me" I tried wiggling but he was too heavy
"Nothing happened between us. She was the one who kissed me. Why don't you want to understand" he tried the same story he gave me yesterday
  "Get off me" i tried getting up but he pushed me back down
  "Ok maybe something did happen but, that was a long time ago. Believe me" so he had slept with her
   "Believe you? Funny" he looked angrily at me and got up. He ran his hands through his hair
  "What's the matter with you? Your name is Harmony but you know what, there's nothing harmonious about you" I gasped how dare he
  "Oh really, what about you A-d-r-a-i-n? Who names their child Ad_ rain. More like an Ad for  rain" I said placing my hands on my waist.
  "I hate you Harmony" he said walking towards the door
"Glad to know, the feeling is mutual." He walked back towards me. Does he really hate me because, I don't
"Why are you so jealous?" I gasped and pointed my fore finger at him
"Don't you dare use the J-word on me" I said yelling at me. He came close to me towering over me.
"Admit it Harmony, you're jealous whenever you see me with another woman" gosh this man is infuriating. I looked at him straight in the face
"I'M NOT JEALOUS YOU FAT DONKEY" I screamed at him
"If I'm a fat donkey, then you're a parasite." I lunged at him. He didn't expect it so we both fell on the floor. I got up and took a pillow from the bed. I started hitting him so hard. He grabbed my legs, making me loose balance.

He grabbed the pillow and started hitting me with it. He took the blanket and wrapping me with it and I couldn't move.
  "Untie me you asshole" I said struggling to free myself. The only part of my body not tied up is my head.
"Shut up. Since you don't want to go out, I'll leave you here. Let's see how strong you are." He went out the door and left me alone in the room all wrapped up like a packet of biscuits
  "Come back here you jerk" he'll pay for this. I continued wiggling but couldn't get out. I finally gave up and fell asleep.

By the time I woke up, I was lying on the bed free while Adrain was sipping tea opposite me in the couch. He smirked at me
  "Care for some" don't worry Adrain Stone. You just dug your own grave. They didn't call me the prank queen in school for nothing. Yeah! no one called you that. My conscience said. Whatever

I didn't say anything to him. I went into the bathroom, after having my bath, I got dressed in a grey sweatpants and a grey cropped hoodie. Adrain went into the bathroom after me and I immediately ran into the walk in closet.

Luckily, I found a bottle of shampoo in my bag. I took it and tip toed to the bathroom door. I listened to know if he has started bathing. I then opened the bottle and poured the shampoo on the floor close to the bathroom door. I sneaked and tip toed back to the bed.

I picked up my phone to make it look as if nothing happened. Adrain came out of the bathroom wearing a white shirt and black pants. He was drying his hair and didn't notice the shampoo on the floor. He slipped and  landed his butt on the floor.

I burst out laughing so hard that I fell on the floor and started rolling. He got up and started rubbing his bum.
  "Oh! So this was your doing? Game on" he went back into the bathroom and changed his clothes.

I was still laughing on the floor when he came back and got on the bed to sleep. I carried a blanket and lay myself on the floor still recovering from my laughter till I fell asleep.

I woke up to the sound of what? A hen?. I opened my eyes to see what was making a noise but was faced with a hen peering at me like I was some desert. I screamed and jumped on the bed, only to see Adrain laughing his ass off and recording what happened.

My heart was still beating while my body was shaking from fear. He stopped laughing and drove the hen away. Where did he get a hen anyway. He walked over to me and wiggled his eyebrows
  "So, do you give up?" He smirked at me. Hell no, this was war. I got down from the bed and went into the bathroom with Adrain still laughing behind me.

I have to get him back for this. I called Ariana and asked her what her brother was afraid of. She asked me what was going on and I related everything to her.

It was noon and Adrain was busy sleeping in the room when I placed a cockroach in his hair. Instinctively he picked it up and threw it screaming like a baby. The cockroach fell close to my legs and I jumped on the bed with Adrain as we screamed together holding each other.
  "How did a cockroach get in here" he asked and then, it probably clicked that I was trying to prank him

He wanted to scold me but the cockroach got up and started flying around in the room. We both screamed and ran out of the room to the lobby.
  "Excuse me, but there's a cockroach in my room." He said to the room service guy.

We both looked at each other and started laughing
  "Why would you do that" he asked after regaining himself
"I wanted to get you back obviously but, it back fired" I said pouting. He laughed and poked my cheek.
"You'll have to pay for trying to kill us back there" he said going to sit in the reception.
"Why should I?" I pouted folding my hands under my chest
"Because I won and have proven that I'm the prank master" he patted himself on the back smiling. He's smiling a lot recently and, it looks good on him with his left sided dimple.
"Fine what do I have to do?" I said rolling my eyes at him.
"Go out with me" he said getting up from the chair
"Did that cockroach lay some eggs in your brain?" He can't be serious, right?
"I'm serious Harmony. Go out with me" he held my hands looking into my eyes. I was about to answer him when the room service guy came back with a dead cockroach in a plastic bag
"Are you sure that's all?" Adrain asked the guy.
"Yes sir" we went back to our room. As soon as he closed the door, he grabbed me by the waist
"So will you go out with me?" He asked again. I thought for a second and finally answered him
"Sure" he smiled and said I should get ready he'll be taking me out tonight

I took my bath and went into my closet. I didn't know what to wear for a date. Should I wear a gown or jeans?. I decided to wear a wine colored gown which ended above my knee. It was backless with a sweetheart neckline. The gown hugged me in all the right places. I put on a wine colored lace bra and thong but wasn't feeling comfortable so, I put on normal panties instead. How do girls wear this things

I let my hair flow down on my back in it's natural waves. I didn't bother for any make up because, I didn't know which color to go for. I put on nude heels and set out to go.

I was grabbing my purse when the doorbell rang. It maybe Adrain. I went to get the door and saw him standing there for the first time dressed in casual clothing and not a suit.

He looked dazzling in his white shirt and dark jeans which hugged his thick thighs and cute butt nicely. He scanned my body from head to toe and I couldn't help feeling hot all over.
He took my hands and kissed the back.
  "You look so gorgeous" I blushed at his comment. I grabbed my bags and we went out of the hotel hand I hand

I wonder where he's taking me and most importantly, I hope he won't snap back to being Cold
