You: (put the bag in your drawer)

You: Just something Nicki gave me for my hair.

Chris: (walks to you)

You: (smile)

You: okay..don't forget to finished writing your journal for homework. I'll check them tomorrow.

Kids: (leave)

You: (take out your phone and call roc)

Roc: (answers) Yeah?

You: how'd it go?

Roc: Doctor said I'll be good to go in about 3 more weeks.

You: that's good.

Roc: We're heading home now..I'll call you when I get back.

You: Kay..bye.

-3 minutes later-

Madison: (walks in your room)

You: Ready?

Madison: y/n can we please go see Frozen?

You: on a school night?

Madison: Daddy said I could. I just had to ask you.

You: Maybe he's feeling better. We'll see if he wants to come along when we get home.

You: Chres just come.

Roc: baby I don't want to sit and listen to Disney songs. This pain in my leg is already agonizing.

You: (roll your eyes) every excuse now is your leg.

Roc: Want me to ask EJ to tag along?

You: (in Christopher 's room trying to call Brittany)

Brittany: (answers) Hey girly

You: (shut the door) Hey BrittBratt I got a problem.

You: Madison and I are going to the movies tonight. I wanted Chres to come, but you know his leg. So he insisted that EJ goes to help me out. Please Britt come.

Brittany: ....um aww y/n I wish I could. There's just a lot of stuff I have to finish up before tomorrow.

You: ahh.😩 how's everything been going?

Brittany: okay. It's getting better

You: that's good.

Brittany: so what time are you leaving for the movies?

You: (look at your time) um in a phew.

Brittany: sorry I couldn't make it babe. But hey if he tries anything call me and I'll be sure to get him.

You: (putting on make up)

Madison: (standing by you) you look pretty.

Madison: am I still too young for make up?

You: (laugh) yes.

Madison.: I'm going to see if EJ is ready.(runs out the room)

You: (still putting on make up)

Roc: What time does it start?

You: 7:30 (finish your make up)

Roc: So can we? Its 6:49?

You: (look at him) Chresanto no.

Roc: baby

You: We have to go now. Bye Chres(walk out the room) Christopher!

EJ: (walks out the guest room) you're looking good.

You: EJ. You're not going to do this.

Madison: (comes and sit on the sofa)

You: Let's go Madison.

EJ: (looking out the window)

Madison: awkward silence.

You and EJ: (laugh)

EJ: (looks at you)

You: (reaches for the radio)

EJ: So Madison did you ever figure out what y/n's 20 question answer was?

Madison: (laughing) Noo. I gave up.

EJ: can I guess.

Madison: you'll never get it.

EJ: (looks at you) a wedding?

You: (look at him then continue driving)

Madison: was it?

You: Yes..(smile a little)

EJ: (smiles)

Madison: When are you and my daddy getting married?

You: (look at her in the rearview mirror) ...I don't know Madison.
