"Lucky"
Tendou Satori
It was only a week into december and it was already freezing outside. People were huddled inside their houses with their heaters on and a mug of hot chocolate to warm them up. Snow was littered all over the prefecture, creating an absolutely breathtaking view for everyone.
It was a great day to just stay inside and get comfy, maybe eat some instant noodles.
It was a great day for everyone, well except for tendou, because he's literally dying of hypothermia from waiting outside of the gym in the freezing cold.
But- How did he end up like this? You may ask-
-well apparently Tendou had left his scarf and jacket inside the gym when he wore it to their practice match yesterday, waking up with an already snoozed alarm clock and no sign of his roommate ushijima didn’t help his situation at all, because these were two big warning flags of him being late to practice, and being late to practice was the last thing he wanted to be because he knew he’d have hell to pay with coach wahijou if he turned up late again. That’s why this resulted in him having to trudge his way over in almost 2 feet deep snow all the way from the boys' dorm to the gym in a flash just to make it their in time and possibly get his jacket, because there was no way in hell he was going make in through the day without his jacket, well unless he wanted to be a a human popsicle, and that’s obviously a no brainer.
Today was such an unlucky day for him.
But to his defense the previous days couldn’t compare to how cold today was, so no one could blame him for forgetting his jacket, even if he did look like a complete retard standing in the snow with only his uniform on, which even though was long sleeved, didn’t help his current circumstances because of the ridiculously cold weather. But honestly in current matters he could care less about what people are going to say, because unless it helps him get inside the gym he wasn't wasting his time with it.
"shit shit shit-" Tendou shuffles in the snow as he tried to pry open the locked doors of the gym."-Where are they?-shouldn't they be here by now?" he wonders looking around the area for any signs of his team mates since they usually came early for practice.
Though, what are the chances of them actually not having practice today? of course they had practice today! Right? Coach Washijou never skipped a practice day-heck! He even made them jog in snow a couple of times already! So what’s different with today?
Tendou’s nose scrunched up in confusion as rubbed his hands together and proceeded to think about the possibility of them actually not having practice. Of course he would have known if there was no practice today since the great Ushijima Wakatoshi was his roommate, but coincidentally he doesn’t know where he is which led to why he was currently there right now, but he could’ve atleast told him before he took off.
Letting out a sigh he pocketed his hands and crouched down to the ground. He briefly looked at the sky before feeling his phone vibrate from his left pocket. Semi had texted him.
