Before reading please take a minute to hear me out.
People are complex creatures. We are petty and we are irrational beings who simply struggle our way through life. Though the characters you are about to read about are supernatural beings and more than human, they are subject to the same emotions and feelings as each one of us.
As I write and weave the story of the lives of Eden and those around her there may be times in which both you, and I, are frustrated. She will not be a cookie cutter character; I refuse to let her fall into the same tendencies as most other female protagonists of the werewolf world. While I am partial to a cliché love story myself, I want to give her the respect she deserves as a being of my own creation.
She will be fickle; she will be prideful, and she will have faults. There are layers to each and every one of us and I will do my best to give her some as well. So please enjoy, please follow Eden's journey just as I will – with bated breath, to see where she ends up and maybe be surprised at the result, or maybe not, this is still a romance after all.
