"Hey, Noona. We got your mail again." My next door neighbor, Jungkook, grinned while handing me a couple of envelopes.

I had moved into my friend JiYoung's apartment in the high-end, and heavily secured, apartment complex a little over a month ago.

JiYoung is a semi-retired idol. He performs a few times a year with his band-mates, but mostly sticks to acting these days. That's how we met.

I was consulting on set for a film adaptation of my first novel, and JiYoung was one of the supporting actors. We hit it off, and kept in touch after the film wrapped. When I decided I wanted to spend some time overseas for inspiration for the second novel, JiYoung suggested I move to Seoul with him. He wanted to move into a bigger place, but was having second thoughts. He is often away on location for filming, and didn't like the idea of leaving an empty apartment for months on end.

It was a perfect fit for both of us.

He had peace of mind knowing his apartment was being taken care of, and I had a quiet place to write.

"Thank you, Jungkook." I returned his smile. "Hey, I baked some cookies this afternoon, do you want some?"

His dark brown eyes lit up. "Really? Yes, please!"

I stepped aside letting him into the entry way where he quickly took off his shoes.

"I don't know how you guys keep getting my mail," I said while looking at the letters carefully, and walking to the kitchen. "It's addressed correctly."

JiYoung's apartment is next door to BTS's dorm. I had been seeing Jungkook about two or three times a week since I moved in due to mis-delivered mail.

"Just lucky, I guess," Jungkook said while sitting down at the counter. He eyed the platter of cookies in front of him. "What's the occasion?"

"JiYoung is coming back tomorrow," I slid the platter closer to him. "And I needed a distraction."

He looked up, making eye contact, and nodding knowingly. "Are you stuck? It happens to me sometimes with lyrics."

"Yeah," I sighed, slightly defeated. I had been trying to find the perfect first sentence for my novel, but was struggling. I had everything mapped out, and the first three chapters were written. But that opening line eluded me.

"So, what are you up to tonight, Kook?"

His hand paused, hovering over the cookies. Still chewing the first cookie already in his mouth, "Nothing." He swallowed and cleared this throat. "Probably play some video games. I'm pretty much home alone. Some of the hyungs are recording, and a couple went home for a few days. What about you?"

"I'll probably just watch a movie. You're welcome to join if you want."

"Can we watch a horror movie?" He asked, lifting one eyebrow quizzically.

"Sure," I laughed. I pointed toward the living room, "Go pick something, and I'll make some popcorn."

I finished the popcorn and took the bowl into the living room to find a movie queued up, and Jungkook sitting in the center of the sofa. I walked over to the sofa, but Jungkook stopped me before I could sit down.

"Noona, you can't watch a horror movie with the lights on." He took the bowl of popcorn from me. I sighed and turned off the lights in the kitchen, and then the living room, leaving the entry way light on.

I sat down on his left, and he started the movie.

The opening scene's first jump scare got me, and I covered my eyes after letting out a small yelp of surprise.

"Open your eyes, noona." Jungkook whispered in my ear with a soft chuckle. His warm breathe sending shivers down my spine.

I removed my hands from my face, and reached over for some popcorn.

We watched in silence for the next half hour. I tried my best not to scream, and only cowered in fear against Jungkook's shoulder once.

My eyes were glued to the screen while I absentmindedly reached into the bowl for more popcorn. It was almost empty. I heard Jungkook's breath hitch in his throat. I looked over and saw exactly where the bowl was. He had it resting on the sofa, balanced between his thighs. I could feel my face turn red when the realization of how close my hand was to his crotch finally hit me. I was mortified.

I was well aware of how attractive Jungkook was. I had eyes. I had seen the music video for "Fake Love" several times. But, given our age difference, tried not to see him as anything other than a friendly acquaintance.

He sat the bowl on the empty sofa cushion next to him. Without looking away from the screen, he asked, "Noona, will you rub my shoulders, please? They're really hard."

"S-sure," I sputtered, his choice of words leaving me a little stunned.

He moved to sit on the floor in front of me, and nudged my knees with his shoulders so he could slide between my legs.

I sat there frozen for a few seconds, trying to figure out exactly which life choices had lead me to this moment. I started working on his shoulders, and he was correct, they were hard.

We sat there like that, him between my legs, me massaging his shoulders, and people being gruesomely murdered on the screen before us. After a while, Jungkook let out a low moan. I paused, not believing my ears. Then started working on a knot just below his right shoulder blade.

He moaned again.

"Noona, are you trying to seduce me?" He asked in a husky whisper.

"No, Kookie. I'm not subtle. You would know." I patted him on the shoulder, then continued breaking up the knot in his back.

"How?" He asked so quietly I almost didn't hear him.

"Pardon?"

"How would I know? What would you do?" He asked in that same husky whisper. He knew I was flustered. He had to know.

"Umm..." I began, but didn't know what to say. Was he trying to seduce me? Or get me to seduce him? My mind was swimming with questions.

He turned, looking over his shoulder at me, "Show me."

Jungkook reached up, tucking a finger under my chin, and gently closed my mouth which was hanging wide open in shock. I couldn't see if he was smiling, if this was a joke, because the light from the television screen left his face completely obscured by shadows.

He turned back around, facing the television once more.

"What would you do? Show me."
