Leo's pov

"You will text me everyday, when you have the time. Ok?"

"Ok." I laugh.

"And, we will FaceTime or call when you can. Got it?"

"Got it."

"Tooth brush?"

"Check,"

"Clean clothes?" She says eyeing me.

"Double check." I smile.

An intercom comes on and says;

"Flight 106A please get ready for boarding."

"That's me."

"That's you." She says sighing and grabbing my carry-on from the floor.

She hands it to me and I put it on while she fixes my hoddie strings.

"Oh! I almost forgot."

"What?"

"Can you get in my bag and grab my purple hoodie?"

"Sure, you gonna get really cold?"

"No, I brought it to give it to you."

I say, smiling, handing my purple hoodie to her. (Picture above!)

"But this is your favorite."

That's true but, it's her favorite hoodie of mine so that makes it my favorite.

"Ok, well now it's yours."

"Oh, um, ok?"

The intercom came back on

"Sections 1 and 2 of flight 106A please show the attendants your boarding passes and board, please and thank you!"

"I have to go."

She fake pouts and hugs me.

I hold on as long as I can till I really need to go.

"Text me when you land."

"Will do."

"Don't look back, that's cheesy." She said, making me smile.

I walk away slowly letting go of her hand. Even though she told me not to look back, I did. I had to see her one more time.

I walk through the plane hall into the plane. I look at my ticket to see which seat I'm in.

I sit down and pull my phone out of my pocket. I see a notification from y/n.

Messages:

6:45 am

Y/n❤️👑:You looked back

Me:Yea, i know

Y/n❤️👑:Why?

Me: I had to see you one last time, or I would have forgotten how my best friend looked.

Y/n❤️👑: an ugly potato?

Me: no, a rat

Y/n❤️👑: actual mood...

"Ladies and gentlemen, please put all your devices on flight mode at this time."

Me:I've gotta go, I'll text you when I land

Y/n❤️👑:ok, safe travels! Bye🐀

Me:bye🤦🏻‍♂️😂
