[ TIME LAPSE BROUGHT TO YOU BY CRYING CLOCKWORK ( 2 days ) ]

{ Toby's POV }

Wow, it really does seem like Clocky hates Jane much more.. I better tell Clockwork the truth before Clocky says something. Not to mention that she seems much sadder with the fact that I'm dating Jane.

Clockwork was at the pond outside, throwing pebbles.

I walked towards her, she ignored me and continued to throw pebbles, sadly.

{ Narrator }

"Hey, Clockwork..? I need to tell you something.." Toby said, playing with his fingers and avoiding eye contact.

"Yeah..?" She mumbled, Clockwork didn't even look at him either.

"Well.. The t-thing is... I lied." Toby said, looking at her, "I wanted to see how you would react with me going out with Jane.. I never really liked her in that way, and I never really dated her."

"W-what..?" Clocky looked up. She was a bit relieved, sad, mad, and happy all at the same time.

"Are you angry with me..?" Toby said, quietly.

Clockwork looked back down, "I-.. I don't know. I don't even know how to react, really.."

Toby sat next to her, "Well, Clockwork, I do love you. Okay..?"

Clockwork didn't even look at him as she silently nodded.

{ Clockwork's POV }

He.. He didn't really mean that. I don't believe him. I know he's lying.

Toby.. Toby said that so many times. It's not true anymore. It's just not true.

I mean, seriously, who can love me?

My parents couldn't..

My brother couldn't..

My friends couldn't..

BEN couldn't..

Toby couldn't..

I-..

I can't.

I can't even love myself anymore..

I realized Toby left me.

"Oh.. Okay..." I said, quietly, burrowing my head into my legs. ( not in a sexual way.. XD )

I began to cry.

I was an idiot to fall in love.

I was dumb to come here..

And, man, am I a crybaby...

Someone should really shoot me.

Please.

I don't deserve to live anymore..

Nobody would care, anyway..

"I would. To be honest, I would miss you. You are very funny." I heard a voice said from behind me.

When I looked behind me, I saw Slenderman and jumped. "How did you..?"

"I can read minds, dear." He said, calmly, as if it was normal. "Anyway, Clockwork, you deserve to live.. So many people would miss you!"

"Really?" I said, looking back down, "Who? Jane? BEN? Toby..? Nobody likes me here.." I sighed, "Or.. Or anywhere.."

'I don't deserve to live.'

I said, over and over again in my head.

'I don't..'
