Music booms from one of the hotels as Sadie, Carter, Jax and I head left on the beach, towards God knows where. Jax claims he found this 'amazing spot.'

I feel the sun beat down on my face, I will never be able to describe the change in the weather from day to night.

The sand feels good on my feet, warming every inch, however it was just a little bit too hot.

"Jax, when we will be there?" Sadie groans behind me.

"Five more minutes Mrs.Impatient," Jax says rolling his eyes.

"Oh you don't call her that Anderson," Carter replies with a hint of playfulness in his voice.

He is behind us, staring at the back of Jax.

"Yeah what are you gonna do about it, Thomas?" Jax says over accentuating his last name, I can feel his smirk next to me, bright and bold.

Jax stops when Carter picks up a handful of wet sand throwing it at him.

"There goes his white shirt," I say, sighing a bit at the immaturity as Sadie and I step back to watch the scene unfold.

Jax responds dramatically turning around to reveal his smirk. The way he looked at Carter, you could tell something was going down.

Stuff like this always happens between them, just boys being boys.

Neither of them were actually mad, maybe Carter a bit at first.

My eyes focus on Jax as he charges Carter, tackling him into the sand using that infamous 'I play football' tackle.

They roll around a bit, until they both eventually have sand in their eyes and well, everywhere.

I bit my lip to hold back a laugh, but it just comes out and Sadie joins me.

They both run into the water clothes on, thankfully, we all left our phones at home except Sadie for purely the reason of contacting if we needed to.

They sink in the water a bit, attempting to wash the sand off.

I feel my eyes trail to Jax.

He dips his head in the water to wash out his eyes, and when he comes back up he shakes his hair a little.

That alone was enough to turn me into a puddle.

And then he rips his shirt off, grasping it in his right hand and making his way out of the water.

Holy shit is he beautiful.

He runs his hand through his hair and looks at me. His eyes sparkle a bit as I rise my head a little more to meet his eyes.

For a second I almost forgot what was happening around me, my ears must've turned pink a little as I focus on the ground below me.

I feel a smirk spread on his face, and have to look up to see that cute little dimple.

"Like what you see?" He asks in a bit of a cocky tone, his smirk grew more.

Yes.

Yes I really liked it.

But he can't know that, so instead I say something else.

"In your dreams Anderson," I say rolling my eyes a bit, as I turn to Sadie and Carter who were already starting to walk.

This boy was making my world stop, making me lose track of time. That wasn't safe, and the feeling felt so foreign to my body.

I never felt this with Chance. The thought of him makes my small smile that formed, turn into a bit of a frown.
