Y/N's P.O.V

It had been a few days since the incident. It was Friday, I had been ignoring them since Tuesday night, or Wednesday morning since it was around midnight. But I refused to look them in the eye. I couldnt really be mad at them, apparently it was extremely important that no one knew. Or whatever that was supposed to mean, since everyone of them knew that I knew about Nya training. And yet, I was kept in the dark. It was just that betray of trust that really got under my skin. Yeah, I understand I couldnt know, but the way I found out? That's what really got the trust. Mostly the Prince.

It was more in the afternoon. I was in the kitchen preparing a plate of food. You had to lay out how you would lay out the dish on a plate before putting it on the serving tray. I always had an eye for decor, but never got to express myself. Given my title. But it was always the little things.

I had my back to the door, but I was alone since everyone else had already finished and went off to give the higher ups their food. But when the door opened and I heard a bunch of footsteps, I rolled my eyes. I knew exactly who was behind me. It didnt take a genius. Dispite the fact that they were Ninja, I don't think they realized just how loud their damn feet are. Or just how much I had been smothered all week to the point that this was predictable. Honestly, Lloyd's a Prince and the others have training, they have better things to do with their damn life.

"You know, if y'all are training to be a title that's super sneaky, I think you need to up your hours in training." I said, not turning around.

"Y/N-" I heard Lloyd start.

"No. I have a job to do." I said turning around with the tray of food in my hand. "And so do you. Now, I have to go. Is that all?"

"We didnt even-"

"Good. I'll be going now." I interrupted. I saw Lloyd frown at my harshness, but his brows furrow in anger and his jaw clench.

"Stay here. That's an order." I scowled at him. Not gonna lie, that was hot. But I cant think of that right now.

"Y/N, we have been trying to explain to you all week. Please hear us out." Nya plead. I let out a sigh.

"I have to go. I have a job." I repeated.

"Y/N." Lloyd warned.

"What? What are you gonna do? Fire me? Tell me to leave? Sorry to tell you, Prince, but this entire damn world doesnt revolve around you." I said, turning away and just taking the back way out.

"Y/N!" Kai scolded. "Hes still the Prince. Dont talk to him like that."

"Fuck off, Kai. You think I give two shits?"

"I ordered you to stay here." Lloyd said, trying again.

"Hate to break it to you, but I dont follow your orders." I sassed, and walked out of that death hole. As soon as I got outside it was like all the weight was of my shoulders, and I was no longer suffocating. They were persistent, I'll give them that, but it was really just pissing me off more. Nya and Kai know that I need space to call down. And I have yet to get space or alone time. Its like they were up my ass 24/7 asking for forgiveness and to explain. Yes, I'm extremely difficult, but being stubborn is what makes me a good fighter. Never trust. Well, never trust strangers. But they felt like strangers right now.
