"Are you some kind of sorcerous?" Mark asked.

I sighed. I didn't think I'd be telling him this way.

"Mark," I started. "I'm different. I've always been this way. I was forced to keep it a secret for the rest of my life."

"How are you different?"

"Right now you're thinking about how my eyes sparkle a deep blue, and how two days ago they were bright green."

"Oh o-okay."

"Now you're thinking about what I'll do when I'm nervous, but really I'm not nervous. I'm more anxious to see what your reactions will be after I tell you this. Will you bolt and call the cops like everyone else I've told?" I rambled. "Or will you stay? And treat me like I'm special.

"Like Darren did."

Mark was frozen. No thoughts were coming in. I picked up the papers that Darren gave me and decided to read them now. They were very confusing. One thing said telekinesis, another said brain percentage. And in big letters, 47%. I was slightly hungry, maybe I could try something out. I looked over at my kitchen and raised my hand at an apple. It floated up and towards me.

"Woah." I mumbled.

"I-I'm going to go now." Mark said and ran to the door. "I'll talk to you later."

I thought I'd never hear from him again. But he came back later that day.

"Hey." He mumbled when he knocked on my door.

"Hi." I said.

We never made eye contact.

"Sorry for running earlier," He looked down at me. "I didn't know how to handle the situation."

"It's okay."

It's funny how his fans always tease him for being short. He really isn't. 5'10 isn't short. He towers over me. I can't imagine standing next to Bob or Wade. They were 6'4.

"Do you want to play Portal?" I asked out of nowhere.

"Sure."

Yes it is a short chapter I know... Next chapter will be longer, I promise! Aw'rite guys! See ya in the next chapter! Buh-bye!
