Splatoon Manga Boys X Fem Reader

(Rider) when you first meet

(a.n: you two are both squidlings btw and the girl is you :))
Rider was running around a small children's park laughing to himself. He climbed a ladder to a small hut with a slide on the other side.

Once he got up, he saw another someone there.

"Hello," He said, the other squidling looked up, tears running down her face, "Oh no! What's wrong?" Rider asked,

"W-well.. I climbed up here but, I forgot that I'm afraid of heights.." The female squidling explained, sniffing

"Can't you go down the slide?" Rider questioned. The girl shook her head, "Not by myself."

Rider thought for a moment and then smiled, "You can go down the slide with me!" He shuffled closer to the girl.

"I.. I can?" She asked, smiling a little

"Yes of course!" Rider took her hand and sat on the slide and the girl sat in between his legs, "Ready?" He asked and she nodded. Rider pushed off and they slid down the slide together.

"Wheeeee!" The girl laughed which made Rider smile

Once they reached the bottom, they stood up and the girl thanked Rider,

"Thank you so much! Can we go again?"

"Yes!" Rider fist bumped the air

The two played together for the rest of the day and soon became friends
