The next day I/C found herself laying next to all four of her husbands laying down next to her peacefully like little angels.  She had forgotten what happened the night before and decided not to wake the brothers up yet since it was a reunion yesterday. Today was like any other ordinary day but she felt very nauseous and ran straight to the restroom. This feeling continued for the past few days so she went to the royal doctors to ask them why she was throwing up in the morning and why she was craving a lot of sweet things. She was shocked when the doctors told her the results after a couple of tests. 

Doctor: I'm happy to inform you that you are pregnant 

I/C: Wait wait wait hold on may you repeat please 

Doctor: That you are pregnant 

I/C: That's wonderful to hear 

Doctor: That's not the only good news you will not only be having one but four 

I/C: (Worried voice) F f f f four kids in one go (Mumbles) I'm gonna die when I'm in labor 

Doctor: Umm are you ok my queen 

I/C: Oh yes yes I am fine don't worry about anything 

The doctor told her everything that she should know about the pregnancy as well as giving her a  book about labor. When I/C was about to leave she wanted to keep her pregnancy a surprise until she thinks the time is right. All of the doctors insured her that this secret will not be easily spread around. I/C was walking back to the brothers room until she saw them walking up to her looking like their usual selves. 

Niji: So what are you up to 

I/C: Huh what do you mean 

Ichiji: You know what we mean 

I/C: I'm sorry but I really don't know what you guys are talking about 

Yonji: (Sigh) Why have you been waking up so early for the past few days you know that we are worried about you right 

Sanji: Please give us an explanation 

I/C: Well you see I wasn't feeling well the past couple of days so today I went to the doctor and asked her to check my symptoms and told me it was just a flu and that I'll get better in no time so don't worry about it 

Ichiji: Ok then let's go and eat breakfast 

I/C: Sorry but I already ate but I'll see you soon 

I/C ran before the brothers could say anything the first place that she would ever go to is Reiju's room so she can tell her the news. When I/C finally arrived to Reiju's room she was very out of breathe and had hardly any energy to knock on the door. Instead the door open to see Reiju looking confused down at I/C as well as a worrying look in her eyes. 

Reiju: Now what are you doing here com on in you looked exhausted 

I/C: (Panting) Thank you Reiju 

Reiju: So what brings you here today 

I/C: Well I have some news for you 

Reiju: (Holds up her hand) Before you continue is it good or bad 

I/C: Well I think it's all good news 

Reiju: Ok good now you may continue (Putting her hand down) 

I/C: (Breathing in and out and then whispered the news to Reiju) I am pregnant 

Reiju: (Silent) Excuse me what did you just say to me now I/C 

I/C: (Not too loud) I am pregnant 

Reiju: (Starts crying) That's great to hear I'm going to become an auntie this is the best day of my life 

I/C: Wait I'm not done yet 

Reiju: Oh that's right sorry can you continue 

I/C: (Whispers) I'm not having one child but four 

Reiju was filled with happiness to the point where she had fainted without noticing which made I/C panic a lot making her call doctors. Once Reiju had awoken she saw I/C sitting next to the bed she was laying on in the royal doctors facility. 

Reiju: Please tell me it wasn't a dream 

I/C: No it's true 

Reiju: That's great so when will we celebrate 

I/C: Actually I don't won't to celebrate now because I want to keep this a secret from them for now 

Reiju: Oh I see my lips are sealed for the time being 

While the months past by Big Mom is planning more plans to take over Germa now that her alliance with I/C's father is nonexistent. The surprising thing for I/C is that not even one of the brothers knew that she was pregnant. Well it might because that she didn't have a belly when the months gradually past by. Finally in the eighth month she broke out the surprise with Reiju the brothers faces were absolutely priceless to I/C she was laughing so hard. 

Ichiji: (Happy and crying voice) I didn't know that I was going to be a daddy (Cry) 

Niji: Why didn't you tell us before hand 

I/C: Well I wanted it surprise 

Sanji: (Cry) Why now I also wanted to spend some time with my baby 

I/C: That's right  I forgot to tell you guys I'm not carrying one baby but four 

Brother: WHAT IM GOING TO BE DADDY TO FOUR BABIES OH I LOVE THIS FAMILY (Cry) 

Reiju: Calm your horses you hooligans 

Now that they got that out of the way the last month was a well spent month for I/C since she saw the brothers soft side as well as overprotective side. 

I/C: (Trying to pick up a box) Now where should I put this 

Ichiji: Gah don't do that you might go into labor anytime soon 

I/C: (Sigh) Ichiji you don't need to do everything for me I can do things myself 

Niji. It might be alright for you but not the babies NOW PLEASE DROP THE BOX 

I/C: You guys are way too protective 

Sanji:  Guess I have no choice Yonji do you mind 

Yonji: Not at all 

I/C: Umm what are you two up to 

Yonji: Up you go 

I/C: Woah what you guys really up to 

Sanji: Ok I got the box now take her to the room 

Yonji: Yes of course

Yonji took her into a bed room that was completely filled with pillows everywhere. The sharp edges on the furniture was covered ip the beds height was changed to an inch off the floor. 

I/C: Seriously 

Yonji: Well this is for your own good (Puts her down in bed)
