(3rd pov)
It was another boring class and Izuku couldn't wait for it to be over. Today was the birthday of a sweet little mermaid that he had met 10 years ago. During his time with her, he'd find little things about her that made him love her more. the way her dimples showed whenever she smiled, or how flustered she'd get when being teased about her height and how her eyes sparkled when she learned something new. Those were just a few things that he loved. He also loved how naive she could be. Izuku would never say it out loud but every time he saw her he just couldn't help but become breathless at the sight of her body. The only thing he hated was how friendly she was with his childhood friend; Katsuki Bakugou.
Said boy would always find a way to steal the spotlight without being noticed. This pissed Izuku off to no end. He would also become 2 faced around the girl. While there Katsuki would act like he was civil and actually had some sense. Any other time he wouldn't hesitate to show Izuku who was boss and this made Izuku pissed off and happy at the same time. Every day the green-haired lad would go see the mermaid and she would instantly freak out. That made Izuku feel happy and bad. He hated to make her worry but she would always end up dragging him into the water to heal him and then they'd snuggle like children. Of course, the young (h/t)-nette didn't know of her friend's feelings.
She was too blind and too oblivious to love. Anything else she wouldn't hesitate to identify and she would always be spot on. Though, every time she made Izuku blush, she would ask if he had a cold or was feeling well. Now it was Bakugou's turn to be pissed. He hated how close Izuku and (name) were. Every time he tried to get the mermaid to give him attention Izuku would bring up an injury. Some of the injures weren't even from Bakugou and instead was made by Izuku himself. Izuku would do anything to get the girls attention and now that his quirk injured he wouldn't have to 'fall' anymore. Both boys were brought away from their thoughts as their necklaces glowed brightly.
One was glowing a bright green proudly above its owner's shirt; While the other was glowing an equally bright yellow but was hidden behind its owner's shirt. Aizawa instantly stopped what he was saying and looked at the two teens with a questioning look. The necklaces began to float along with green and ash-blonde hair. The two boys locked eyes and knew something was up. Even if (name) didn't go to school like them, she knew what time they got out. As she put it the sun would be slowly be climbing down the stairs to bed. That was around 3:15 and it was currently 12. They tapped the hearts and a hologram appeared. The image before them broke their hearts.
Their beloved mermaid was in a state of distress. Her eyes were bloodshot and her hair was unkept. Fear was clearly seen in her eyes and there was an outline of a bruise that was starting to form. They could clearly see a red mark in the form of a hand that was wrapped tightly around the girl's throat. Her once plump cherry lips were now purple and split as blood mixed with water. The class had never seen the boys looked this pissed before. Izuku was shaking as his quirk began to activate without him knowing. Bakugou couldn't help but let a few sparks fly as he saw the state the girl was in.
"What happened," they both said as the class watched this unfold. They knew something was wrong when they saw the girl hold a finger over her lips and she began to whisper.
"S-something happened. There's an invasion from the southern kingdom. It was terrifying because their men had over two stars while ours barely had one. Izuku, Katsuki, my kingdom is currently falling a-and that's not even the worse part." the girl began to cry and the boys gaze soften.
"It's okay princess, just tell us what happened." Bakugou said in a calm and sweet voice. This shocked everyone except for Izuku. He was used to this.
" We-well, the prince from the southern kingdom came in with an army claiming that he wanted my hand in marriage. He offered my father the army behind him and even offered a way of getting me my stars. My-my father denied and that's when the prince said something in a language I've never heard of before. A dark purple ring appeared around my father's wrist, fingers, tail and basically every joint he had. My father's eyes turned the same color as the rings around his body and strings appeared attaching my father to the princes' fingers. After that, my father began to attack my mother and me and that's when it happened. The sea was dyed red as we were overcome by pups, pinches, pokers, and sharpers. Each of them had metal wrapped around them and somehow, the pokers and pinches were bigger than they originally are. My-my mother... S-she tried. She tried to-" The girl was cut off by her own hand. The boys were beyond pissed. They had previously met (names) parents because of (name) sharing her abilities to turn them into mermen. To hear that one was dead and the other out of control made them a tiny bit mad. 3 main things made them mad. 1 Someone tried to steal their princess away from them, 2 someone had the audacity to overthrow their princess's kingdom, and lastly, someone made their princess cry. That's when a sickening voice entered the room.
"(Name)~ come out, come out where ever you are. It would be easier for you to become my bride willingly wouldn't ya agree? The offer of stars is still on the table if you want? I'll even let your father stop his rampage of murder~" He chuckled sickened the class as they watched the mermaid try to keep herself steady. That's when a face popped in next to her and gave her a peck on the cheek. She screamed and was dragged out from her hiding place. The class couldn't see anything anymore but they could still hear the screams of the girl as the male voice tried to calm her down. She stopped screaming but they could still hear her whimpering and whispering help over and over again.
At that moment the class knew what they had to do.

Bakugou lead the way towards the beach as Izuku explained a plan and what her terms meant.
"W-well (name) is a mermaid and when she says pups, pinches, pokers, and sharpers; she means sea lions, crabs, sea urchins, and shark. Stars to her are like quirks to us and the only difference is only royalty have stars. Every mermaid/mermen have the ability to change others into merfolk and they are allowed to change into humans. It's not something they do a lot because they don't really like being up here anyway. Lastly, they can control water and the ocean naturally begins to heal them." Izuku said with a nervous look.
" They hate humans because of what we did to their ocean. We came to the beach one day when we were younger and just so happened to run into a naked girl trying to free a sea lion from a fisherman's net. That was the first time we saw her and a few years later she turned us into mermen for the first time. We went to her kingdom almost every week to learn the layout so Miydoria and I will be leading." Bakugou stated and everyone knew he was serious. Never had they ever heard the explosive male call Izuku anything but insults.
" We will also gain the abilities of merfolk and our clothes disappeared. We were able to understand the sea animals and keep our quirks so keep that in mind," said Izuku as the class nods. " we are able to turn you all into merfolk as well but you are all limited since we weren't born merfolk." The class nods as the boys dived into the water and soon a light emitted from it. The boys dragged themselves onto the beach as the class was once again shocked. Instead of legs, they both had scale-covered tails. They both held hands and began to chant. A light blue light appeared around the class and their pro-heroes who came( that being midnight, Vlad king, Aizawa and present mic. All might being sick.)The boy's eyes began to turn white as the light around the others grew brighter and almost blinding. Once finished Mina was the first to speak.
" I don't feel anything?" She questioned as Bakugou growled.
" Hop in the water dumbass!" He shouted as Midnight was the first to test it out. A purple and white light appeared around her as her legs combined into a purple tail. Her clothes disappeared and were soon replaced with a purple bikini top. " Human females will have human clothes to cover themselves while mermaids have shells." Stated bakugou as Momo made a Waterproof sweater to help midnight with her quirk. Next was Aizawa. He was shirtless and had his scarf wrapped around him still. His tail was as black as his clothes. Present was after that and his tail was a golden color and his speakers were at the very end of his tail. His hair also flattened whenever he jumped in. After that, the whole class jumped in and their tails matched their quirk and personality in some way.
" Follow us. The kingdom is not far from here but be careful. (name) said if she hadn't been with us we would've been killed instantly. Imagine what the guards will do now that the kingdoms being overthrown." Stated Izuku as an eerie palace came to view.
" Man I used to love how beautiful this place used to look. Now, look at it." bakugou said as Izuku nods.
" This is the palace of the Star kingdom. This is also the place where my-" Izuku was cut off
"My princess is." Growled bakugou as Izuku growled and glared at Bakugou. This didn't go unnoticed by the bystanders nearby. That's when a familiar voice echoed from all around them.
" So you must be the ones my bride was begging for huh? A bunch of pathetic humans are friends with a royal mermaid? Sounds like a joke. Let's see if your worthy of living and maybe I'll even invite you all to the wedding. If not you'll just die." the voice chuckled and the battle began.
