"Do you know why she's so mad at me? Did the boys say anything" i asked Lay. We was standing outside her house
"Yeah the boys said she's mad cus Kira keep messing with her and when she tells you take her word and don't ask Kayla before getting mad" she said.
"Oh gosh"i put my head in my heads
"Ky what's going on?" Lay asked taking my hands off my head
"I don't know. Ever since introduced her to them i just wanted to make sure she's okay. With the boys she's fine but with Kayla they always fighting. She's the only child i have with out you i want her to feel comfortable with our kids. Our kids grew up around each other they didn't grow up with her" i explain
"I understand that but you gotta think about Kayla too and how she feel. It can't just be about Kira Ky" she said. I nodded.
"But she's so angry with me. We can't be at the same space alone without her having an attitude with me. She's acting like you" i said. She laughed at ms
"She do not get that from me"
"Are you kidding? When we was dating and you was mad at me you would act just like her right now"
"Okay but you would always find away to get me to talk to you again so just do that with Kayla"
"Okay. Can i pick her up from school? She told me she was going with you"
"Yeah I'll get the boys" she said. I nodded my head before hugging her.
"Alright I'll talk to you later" i said walking to my car
"Okay and Ky have patients with her" she said
"I'll try" i before driving off

~Cory Pov~
"Baby" i called for Devin
"What's up baby?" He cam into the room.
"What you want for dinner?"
"Let's go out. Just me and you" he said wrapping his arms around me
"What about the kids? What they gonna eat?"
"Deja vegan there's something in there for her. The rest of the kids can order them something. Come on baby we haven't had a date in a while" he said
"Yeah we haven't. Where you wanna go"
"It's a surprise just dress nice" he said slapping my butt
"That hurt babe"
"I'm sorry" he said kissing me
"I love you Booker"
