THE OPPOSITES

A union of solid confusion and frustration,
gave rise to two new innovations.
One Positive, the other Negative,
The contrast opposites were always argumentative.

The positive being thoughtful,
said, 'Life is so beautiful!'

In denial was the negative master,
said, 'Life is a complete disaster!'

'Perhaps you're unaware of its sweetness yet,
try to search it in whatever you get!'

'Maybe you've no idea what things it can offer,
A bed of thorns instead of gold or even copper!'

'Life has a tendency to take our test,
Prepare as such to be always the best!'

'It constantly tries to push you off a hill top,
Ending your life seems best to put a stop!'

'It isn't wise to dive into darkness,
when life offers the light of happiness!'

'The unfair life is one of a kind,
Its terrible games turned me into a blind!'

'Giving up and leaving your battles amid,
will leave you with the title of a coward or timid!'

'This is the greatest tragedy of life,
You're forced to live it sitting on the edge of a knife!'
