So a bunch of people have been saying that they don't really understand the epilogue, so here's an explanation:
In Chapter 6 (Cell Phone) Axel tells the Spanish teacher that he is trying to impregnate Freddi. As a result, 8 years later, once he and Freddi have had twins, he remembers his statement and sends the photo album to his old teacher.
Probably seems weird. In hindsight it is.
