I stayed silent, and glanced around the room, taking in my best friend, her family that had become my own, the group of weirdly muscly boys that had also become a family, and then back to him.

"I hope you understand now why I didn't tell you sooner, but yeah, I'm a wolf, and I imprinted on you. I love you with everything in me."

"....I don't even know what to say, Paul. We were both hiding things, but I never imagined it could be this." I whispered.

"It's okay. At least you know, and you know that your secret can't even come close to what mine is, I mean, I'm not even human. You can trust me, I promise." He said softly. God, he was so, so wrong.

I opened my mouth to speak, but I was cut off by a menacing laugh and I froze.

No. Not now. Not with all these people that I care about. They may not be as normal as I thought they were, but they could never beat magic.

"Ohhh, itty, bitty, baby, Potter." A voice snarled, a voice belonging to the person, the witch that I despised.

How did they find me?
