The First Time For Her Side Of Story

"She has high fever, Sore throat, cold and cough" the Doctor said as Manik sat holding semi concious Avni's hand, Nandini was standing holding Advay who was being stubborn to go near Avni but Avni and the doctor herself had denied it as Advay was young so he could catch the virus quickly

"Is she sensitive to cold?" the doctor asked

"Very" Manik said looking at Avni

"Actually she s very sensitive from her birth, she gets cold even for a slight climate change" Nandini added, the first time she was ill, both had gone to her medical history so that they know her every allegery or her medical weakness.

"Hmm maybe she has drenched in rain" the doctor said writing a prescription for her

"Just make sure that her temperature gets low" she added and gave the prescription to Nandini and left.

Whole night MaNan took turns to keep set strips on Avni's head. If Manik was with Avni, Nandini would be with Advay and when Nandini was with Avni, Manik was with Advay. They took all precautions for Advay. At wee hours of morning when Avni got up she found Nandini sleeping leaning to the head rest, she felt something wet on her forehead and the strip fell, she looked around to see Advay and Manik sleeping cudling to each other on a bedding which was on floor, the room's AC was off an she had almost four furry blankets on her

She felt better, without disturbing Nandini she checked her temperature with the thermometer, it was low but not normal means she had fever still.

She lay back making Nandini laying comfortably, Nandini hugged her close and she snuggled in Nandini and slept again.

Manik was up in early morning to see the girls sleeping snuggling in each other. He untangled from Advay and went as check Avni, in fact fever was gone, he put comforter over Nandini kissed her forehead and went to take a bath.

Nandini was up, she checked Avni's the temperature and finding it normal she breadth relief, she got down of the bed and checked Advay who was now tangled in the blanket

She was going to leave the room when she heard the bathroom door open, she looked at Manik getting out of the bathroom in his tracks and a towel around his neck

"Someone looks ravishing" she said making him turn to her

"Someone is always ravishing" he commented walking to her and throwing his arms around her waist

"Accha" Nandini said putting hands around hi neck

"Kya kar Rahi ho Nandini bachche dekh lenge" Manik teased her

"Really Manik" she pushed him a bit

"Jao Advay ko utho" she ordered and strommed out

"Oye..." Manik tried to stop her

"You have ten minutes Malhotra" she said without turning

"And get him ready for the school" he heard her followed by a door being shut

Manik walked to Advay and picked him in his arms

"Advay, uth ja" he said lovingly

"No Dad" Advay said

"Ave uth kumkaran ki aulad" Manik said shaking him him a bit

"Aap hi ki aulda hu" he said snuggling into Manik

"Uth jaa Dad ka Baby, you have to go to school na? Play pranks, do mechief ?" Manik asked and Advay opened him eyes with a grin

"You know Dad I kept cockroach in Naina teachers bag" he said giggling
