Chapter 3 : Trying to move on

Y/N'S POV

I woke up and check my watch, 6:18am. Early for me. I was about to go back to sleep but i felt like someone was hugging me, i looked and saw that it was Mina. I slowly slipped out of her grasp and stood up. I covered the rest of the blanket on her just in case. I decided to make everyone breakfast, i made scrambled eggs, bacon, hotdog and i also made them orange juice. I toasted some bread for my self and ate ahead of them. A few minutes later, Sana was the first to wake up from them. She went straight to me, who was sitting on the chair, and sat next to me

Me- "Morning Sana"

Sana- "Morning...."

Me- "Still sleepy? Haha"

All she did was lay on my shoulder and rest herself. Honestly, this girl knows how to make me feel flustered inside.

Sana- "Hey Y/N..."

Me- "Yeah?"

Sana- "About last night... You know, about what i told you..."

Me- "Y-yeah, what about it?"

Sana- "I want you to keep it a secret between you and me"

Me- "Alright"

Sana- "One more thing... I need your help confessing..."

With that, my heart just broke into a million pieces. Looks like there goes my chance to tell her how I feel...

Me- "I'll see what i can do...."

Sana- "Thanks..." She hugs me so i just hug back "You really are my bestfriend..."
I'm actually trying my best to keep myself from crying. Of all the days for this to happen, it had to be today. Guess the universe really hates me

Me- "Look, why don't you go and wake the others up"

Sana- "Alright" we let go of each other and i start fixing the table while Sana went to wake the rest up

-timeskip after breakfast-

Sana left earlier because she said she has something else to do with their other friends. That just leaves me and the other three. We decided to just hang out in my house for the day and resume our review session tomorrow. Mina, Momo and Taehyung are busy talking to each other and I'm here laying on the ground and just staring at the ceiling while thinking of what Sana told me earlier. I seemed to have caught their attention by being a bit too quiet

Momo- "Y/N, what's wrong?"

Y/N- "Nothing..." I told them while still staring at the ceiling

Taehyung- "You sure? You look like a zombie right now"

Mina- "Y/N, please tell us what's bothering you. You've been like this since this morning"

Me- "*sigh*Fine, but keep this between us four alright?"

They nodded and i told them the truth

Me- "Me and Sana talked earlier and she asked me to keep her crush on Mark a secret. She also asked me to help her confess to him...." Again, i'm holding back my tears because I just can't stop thinking about being just a best friend to Sana.. I wish it was more than that. Surprisingly, Momo immediately hugged me and started rubbing my back

Momo- "It's ok Y/N, we're here, just let it all out"

With that I started crying on Momo's shoulder. I tried my best to not get her clothes wet from my tears. After a few minutes, they got me to calm down.

Taehyung- "So, what are we gonna do now?"

Me- "I don't know, just help her confess to him, i guess..."

Mina- "You're really going to give up that easily?!"

Me- "It's not like that,I just have to accept the fact that Sana likes Mark more and i don't have a chance on her anymore becauseI was slow to act"

Mina- "Oh... sorry for yelling"

Y/N- "It's ok Mina... Just gotta learn to move on..."

Momo- "Enough about this, let's do something to help Y/N feel better"

Taehyung- "How 'bout we go to the arcade later?"

Mina- "Sounds fun! Let's do it!"
