Chapter 16 : Festival?

-timeskip the week after their exams-

Y/N's POV

Me, Taehyung: FINALLY!!! EXAMS ARE OVER!!

We raised both our hands up as me and the others were walking out the building. They laughed at my action

Tzuyu: Yah! Pabo, don't scream too loud

Nayeon: Yeah, others will stare at you two

Taehyung: Meh, as long as there are no more tests to do, I don't have to worry about others staring at me being loud

Me: Besides, I don't care if they stare at us, we can do whatever we want right now

Me and Taehyung do a fist bump and Momo hits my shoulder and giggles

Momo: Would you two just keep it down?

Me: Alright fine *chuckles*

We head out and sit outside on the field. We sat down in a small circle. I was in between Nayeon and Taehyung

Chaeyoung: So, what do you guys plan to do since classes have ended?

Mina: I wanna hang out with all of you to make up for the times I wasn't with all of you

Jeongyeon: Awww we miss you too, Minari

Dahyun: I'm just probably gonna stay home and do whatever I'm up for

Momo: *nods* Yeah, me too. I'll probably eat most of the time

Nayeon: But you always eat

Jihyo: That's what you always do anyway

Me: That's Momo's logic, you guys

We all laughed while Momo slightly pouts and clings to Tzuyu

Momo: Tzuyu-ah~ They're picking on me

Tzuyu: *giggles* But it's true though

We laughed again and this time Momo joined in on us.

Jeongyeon: Anyways, I'll probably just buy Legos and work on them when I'm at home

Nayeon: Waee? Let's hang out together~

Jeongyeon: We can hang out at my place if you want

Nayeon: *smiles* Yay!

Taehyung: Looks like the 2yeon train is up and running

We all chuckled at Taehyung's sudden comment

Me: How 'bout you, Chaeyoung? Tzuyu?

Chaeyoung: I might just do some drawings and stuff at home

Momo: You're really artistic, huh Chae?

Chaeyoung nods and giggled

Tzuyu: I'll probably just be with Gucci at home

Me: Aww Tzuyu loves her little doggy~ So cute~

Tzuyu: *giggles* You can all come over, if you want

Us: Yay! Thanks Tzuyu!

All of a sudden, Nayeon hugs me by the waist and lays her head on my shoulder. I looked at her

Me: What's up, Nayeon?

Nayeon just shook her head

Nayeon: It's nothing, it just feels windy today

As soon as she said that, a cold windy breeze blew at us

Me: Yeah it is, I like the cold wind *chuckles*

Jeongyeon: You two look cute right now~

Chaeyoung: Ooh~ I didn't know you two were this lovey dovey towards each other~

They teased and we all just laughed at it and continued talking with each other. Nayeon smiled and just stayed in her position. Jihyo's phone suddenly rings. She answered it and after a few minutes she hung up

Jeongyeon: Who was that?

Jihyo: Oh it was Daniel

Dahyun: Ooh~ Since when did you two get so close? Hmm~?

Jihyo: Aish, he helped me study for the exams, alright? We just started hanging out since then

Tzuyu: I think you two look great together

Tzuyu teased her and Jihyo blushed, making us all chuckle at her

Jihyo: W-whatever, I got to go now, h-he's waiting for me

Me: Have a nice date with him

We all laughed a bit and Jihyo just pouts at us

Jihyo: Yah~!

Mina: We're just kidding, unnie. You can go and hang out with him now

Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo: Take care!!

Mina, Chaeyoung, Dahyun, Tzuyu: Be safe, unnie!

Me, Taehyung: Go to your man!

We teased one more time and Jihyo left to go to Daniel. We all continued chatting about random stuff.

Jeongyeon: Wait, I just remembered. Isn't there gonna be a festival on friday?

Dahyun: You're right, unnie

Taehyung: Yup, there's also gonna be a talent show on the itself as well

Nayeon: Jinjja?!?! Girls! Let's sign up for the talent show!

Momo: *nods* I'm in, how about you girls?

Mina: I'm ok with it

Dahyun, Chaeyoung: Same here!

Tzuyu: I'm fine with joining

Jeongyeon: Well, looks like we have to let Sana and Jihyo know tomorrow

Nayeon threw her hands up

Nayeon: Yay! We can start practice tomorrow!

The girls nod and start thinking of what song they should compose and make a dance for. Taehyung looks to me

Taehyung: Hey Y/n, why don't you join us?

Me: Join what?

Taehyung: Me and the band will be special guest performers for the talent show. Maybe you can join us

I think about it at the moment. I don't really have soccer practice this week so I guess it wouldn't hurt to join them

Me: Sure, what instrument do I play?

Taehyung: Nice! You'll be playing the acoustic guitar

Me: *nods* Alright, when do we start practicing?

Taehyung: We can start tomorrow as well, just come to the band room after class

Me: What song will we be playing?

Taehyung: It's a surprise. Besides, I wrote the song so it'll be good

Taehyung said proudly while I just chuckle at him

Me: Alright dude, whatever you say. This better be a great song, by the way

Taehyung: Don't worry, it's gonna be a masterpiece

I nod and we all talk about the upcoming festival on friday. After a while, we all decided to make our way to our own homes. Me, Taehyung and Jeongyeon walk together since we walk the same route to our houses. We split at our respective streets and head on home. When I arrived home, I took a quick shower and made dinner. I then played the guitar for a bit to start warming up then went to sleep after an hour of practicing the guitar.
