We're in the hospital right now.

You can't imagine how scared I am.

When he fell down on the floor, l was ready to fall too.

But I tried to stay strong.

And I called the ambulance.

While we were leaving the school, all kids were looking at us.

I don't know where Zach is.
Okay I'm scared for him too.

Martinus isn't more injured or something.

Anyway, I'm out of the room where he is, and I'm sitting down waiting for them to allow me to go in.

Suddenly a doctor got out of the room and I stood up.

Me; Is he okay? Can I see him?

Doctor; You have to go back to school.

Me; Is he okay?

Doctor; We don't know yet.

Me; WHAT? YOU'RE KIDDING ME?

Doctor; I'm sorry. That's the only thing I can say.

Me; Can I see him?

Doctor; Better no... Me; PLEASE I'M BEGGING YOU.

I started crying.
I don't know what to do.

His parents will come soon and I won't know what to say.

I'm not that strong.

Doctor; Anyway come.

I ran and I went quickly inside the room.

I saw him lying on the bed and I noticed that his eyes were closed.

I went closer and I lay on his chest.

Doctor; You have a minute.

I ignored him and then he got out of the room.

l was listening to his heartbeat and that made me feel better.

He was alive.

Me; I love you Martinus... I don't want Zach. I only need you. I've always needed you. I can't live without you.

I started crying while I was talking to him. I know he didn't hear these words but I just wanted to speak to someone.

Suddenly, I felt him stroking my back.

I looked at his eyes and I saw that he was awake.
A weak smile was on his face.

Shit.

Martinus; You meant the words you said?

Me; W-which words?

Martinus; That you love me and you can't live without me.

I didn't reply.

Fuck I'm the unluckiest person in the whole world.

Me; Um... I meant that-

Martinus; Shh it's okay.

Me; What?

Martinus; You don't have to answer.

Me; W-why?
