An arm snaked its way around my waist before I could make my exit through the door. The contact sent sparks and a tingling sensation up my spine causing me to shiver in pleasure. "Mine," a husky voice is breathed into my ear. I stiffen immediately and the rich, smooth voice wanting to hear more of it. "W-who are you?" "Your mate," he answers without missing a beat. He buries his head in my hair in taking a huge amount of air. "Mine," he mumbles again. "What the hell is that supposed to mean? I told you I don't know you." He swiftly turns my body around to face him at my sudden question. His eyes darken as they trace every inch of my face. "You are my sweet mate, and you'll be mine forever."
