Arizona is laying in a couch in the study at the Salvatore home while Damon sits at the desk - he is reading Emily Bennett's grimoire. An anxious Stefan enters the room and Arizona sits up slightly.
"Anna took Elena," Stefan says.
"Yeah, I got that from your 600 voicemails," Damon says.
Stefan strifes across the room, Arizona watches curiously. "Damon, all night long, every single street in town, I've been searching. What if your blood hasn't passed out of her system?"
"Well, then at least you know you'll see her again," Damon replies.
"Please," Stefan says as he sits near Damon. "What donuou know? You were with Anna, you must know where she's living. Just tell me where I can find her."
Damon looks up at his brother, "Nope. You can go. Really."
"You know, all I Can remember is hating you," Stefan admits. "There might have been a time when that was different, but your choices have erased anything good about you." He watches as his older brother puts the grimoire down. "But see, I also know you have just as much reason to hays me. This all began with me. Katherine got taken away because of me. And I'm sorry."
"Apology accepted."
"So please, just tell me what you know," Stefan says and is responded to with a grunt. "It's Elena, Damon. If you know something, please tell me."
Damon stands, and the motion is mimicked. "I mean this with sincerely... I hope Elena dies. Come on, gorgeous."
Arizona sends an apologetic smile toward Stefan before she hurries our with Damon.
~~§~~Arizona had ditched Damon, she's hanging with her brother, playing pool while Matt cleans tables. They're talking about the duke party, which Arizona is intending to go to with Tyler. They haven't hung out much since her vampire fighting training began, she works with Alaric and with Damon. She's fit now, and she's beyond thankful for Alaric. Her and Ric have even gotten pretty close.
"Ten kegs?" Tyler boasts as he talks to Matt and his sister. "You know how much damage we could do with ten kegs? Duke's got it all hooked up."
"Duke's a douche," Matt says.
"Seconded," Arizona speaks up.
"Yeah, a douche with ten kegs," Tyler says. "Aka, my new best friend." A scoff is heard. "What's the problem, Gilbert?"
Not again, Arizona grumbles in her head.
"Don't have one, Lockwood," Jeremy replies.
"Yeah, I didn't think so."
"Do you ever get bored of it?" Matt asks.
"Of what?" Tyler inquires.
"Yourself." Matt walks off amd Jeremy laughs quietly.
"Keep laughing, buddy," Tyler scowls. "I've missed you, Zona."
"I'm sorry we haven't hung out much," Arizona says. "I've been so busy..."
"Getting fit," Tyler finishes as he scored the eight ball, he leans against the pool table in front of his twin sister. "Look at you, Zona. If you weren't my sister, I'd so hit on you."
"Ooookay, that's not awkward at all," Arizona laughs.
Tyler chuckles as he wraps an arm around her. "I miss our runs."
"Wanna go run before the party?" Arizon asks with her serious tone.
"Oh, you're on, Arizona," Tyler says amd they leave the Grill, Jeremy watches in shock, that's the only person that actually gets along with Tyler, but Jeremy knows that Arizona and Tyler are twins.
~~§~~Tyler and Arizona arrive to the party, and it's on full blow. Arizona's brown eyes grow in excitement as she rushes away from Tyler. They ran for an hour and a half before getting ready for the duke party.
Arizona grabs a beer and she takes the top off, and she drains it. Tyler High fives her as he catches up, and he grabs a beer himself. Arizona notices Damon and Elena. They're probably opening the tomb, but Arizona is enjoying a human party instead of vampire drama for once.
Damon notices how happy Arizona looks as she drinks and laughs with Tyler, and that improves his mood slightly until Caroline and Matt stop them. Arizona notices but she walks over to where the dancing teens are and joins in on the dancing fun, laughing with the others.
Arizona is naturally a joy to be around, she loves to party and to have fun. But when she's mad, she's like Tyler. She has a short fuse and when she's mad, she isn't one to pass one a fight if she's really taunted to fight. Tyler stands at a good distance and watches as his sister has fun.
"She is always such a joy to be around," Matt says as he approaches Tyler.
"Unless she's mad," Tyler says. "When she's mad, she's like me; unable to pass up a fight."
Matt watches as Arizona dance around happily. "And you wouldn't be able to tell it."
"I know," Tyler replies with a smile. "She's my sister, and she's amazing. How is she so amazing when I'm her brother?"
"You're pretty alright, Ty," Matt says.
~~§~~After the party, Arizona goes to her usual training spot in the woods and finds Alaric practicing. He looks at her and he nods toward the dummy. She texted him for help with more practice.
"Let's do This, Arizona," Alaric says.
"Yeah," Arizona mutters as she puts the thing on her wrist.
She punches the dummy and the stake actually goes all the way through.
"Wow, you've worked out," Alaric says. "That was amazing. Okay, take that off."
Arizona walks over to Alaric and she removes the weapon from her wrist. Alaric takes it and hands her an actual stake.
"Now, time to work on your speed."
