Arizona and Damon are at the high school when Damon suddenly grabs her, and vamp speeds in front of Alaric. Ric stops in his tracks by their sudden appearance.
"Well, don't you look... alive?" Damon kusss as Elena shows.
"You can't hurt me," Alaric says.
"Oh, I can hurt you alright."
"Ric," Arizona speaks up, keeping Damon from attacking her trainer and good friend. "We need your help."

"Stefan's in the house and Damon's a vampire so he can't get in," Elena says. "He won't let Arizona go in alone, we need you. I would go, but..."
"But your life is valuable," Damon says and he turns to Alaric. "Yours, on the other hand is..."
"Stefan told me about your ring," Elena cuts in.
"What about it?" Alaric asks as Arizona has a seat on his desk.
"Let me recap," Damon says. "You tried to kill me. I defended myself. You died. Then according to my brother, your ring brought you back to life. Am I leaving anything out?"
"Yeah," Alaric replies. "The part where I try and kill again. Only this time, I don't miss."
"Mr Saltzman," Elena cuts in. "Please, it's Stefan."
"I'm sorry, Elena," Alaric says. "But it's not my problem and it's not yours, either, Arizona."
"That's a shame," Damon says. "Because the woman in charge of the crowd can help find your wife."
"You're lying."
"Am I?" Damon asks. "Why don't you ask her yourself? Coward. Come in, girls."
Damon and the other two go to leave.
"All right," Alaric says. "Wait. I'll go, you're not doing this alone, Arizona."
"I didn't think I was," Arizona says with a kind smile.

Arizona returns to the school with her own weapons and finds Alaric pulling his arsenal out. He looks up at her and he opens it up.
"Teacher by day, vampire hunter by night," Damon says.
"I've You to thank for that," Alaric says. "That's pretty much what Arizona is now, now that she's trained."
"And still training," Arizona says, and Alaric nods.
Elena sees the darts from Alaric's bag. "What are these?"
"Those are tranquilizer darts filled with vervain," Alaric replies.
"You two just get me in," Damon says to Alaric and Arizona. "I'll get Stefan out."
"That's your plan?" Elena asks. "You're just gonna take them all on yourself?"
"Well, I'll, be a little stealthier than that, hopefully," Damon says.
Elena grabs one of darts.
"Whoa," Alaric stops her. "What are you doing?"
