"...What?"

"I said Kacchan has been lying to you."

You blinked slowly and stared down Midoriya, who was looking right past you and glaring at Bakugou. His eyes were dark and narrowed, making you tense up as the others slowly crept closer. Bakugou was standing tall, but his back was arched in defense, his fists clenched and his teeth gritted in a permanent sneer. You backed up, facing away from Bakugou as your head lowered, your voice low and quiet.

"You're...you're lying."

Iida and Todoroki looked away as Uraraka opened her mouth to speak, stopping herself with pain twisting her expression. You glanced back at Bakugou and then at Midoriya again, standing taller as he stepped closer.

"Bakugou may not be the most civil, but he wouldn't do something like that."

Iida grabbed the map from Todorokis hand and held it up next to his head, pointing at the Faust River and dragging it towards the edge of the map.

"You can't deny the facts that are written (L/N). I know you trust Bakugou, we do too, but-

"But nothing! Why would he be taking me in the wrong direction when we're both going the same way?!"

You huffed and felt your breath growing faster from anger. It wasn't a hateful anger, but it was a confused anger, a feeling of disbelief mixed with betrayal. Todoroki folded his arms and stared at the scene with boredom, taking in everyone's movements and expressions slowly stepping in front of Uraraka in case another fight broke out. Midoriya put his hands up in guilt and lowered his voice, trying to calm the situation down.

"(F/N)...I'm telling the truth. I think-"

"I think it's time you left."

Midoriya was shocked, taken aback as you clenched your fists, tilting your head up as you glared at him. He was worried, and concerned, and didn't know what else to say as he looked back at the others, who were also just as confused. He looked back at Bakugou and spoke in their unknown language, with Bakugou only growling and shouting at him in rage.

As Midoriyas voice grew louder, Bakugous grew more angry, shoving past you to grab the green haired boy by his collar.

Todoroki was quick to pull his friend back, guarding Midoriya behind him as Iida glared Bakugou down. You pulled Bakugou back as well, looking up at him with worry and touching his bandages lightly, making him aware that he needed to relax.

He looked down towards you, and as you two stared at each other, Midoriyas voice rang in both your ears; only Bakugou could understand it, but you felt his tone and listened carefully anyways.

Bakugou furrowed his eyebrows and turned around, grabbing your arm and pulling you towards the forest. You didn't plan on looking back, but hearing Bakugou mutter your name in a response caused you to look up at him before looking back at the group of travelers.
