Hi again

So

Uh

My friend is having a birthday party at a spring, and I haven't gone to a spring in FOREVER

And so I'm like oh I have volunteering it's fine I can just take my name off the list

And so i do

And

uM

I tell my dad

And he's all like

"You should have commitment to them you put your name on the list"

I'm like bruh

For one, it's not commitment bc I can take my name down just as easily as I put it up bc it's online

And for another, they dont even know who's coming or not until the Saturday morning that it's on when the volunteer coordinator lady prints it

alSO

I HAVE THREE MORE YEARS TO DO MY MINIMUM 100 HOURS

I HAVE OVER 50 RN

Here I am

Moping around in my room

Bc my parents wont let me go to the spring

Bc of "commitment" and "stacking up your hours"

THEY ARE STACKED UP AND THEY WILL KEEP STACKING UP NEXT YEAR AND MAYBE EVEN THE YEAR AFTER THAT AND POSSIBLY, JUST MAYBE IF I'M WILLING TO THEY WILL KEEP STACKING UNTIL THE END OF MY SUMMER RISING SENIOR YEAR

ahem

excuse me now imma go talk to my parents and will probably lose the argument bc they will most likely threaten to take away my phone and electronic privileges which I do not want that to happen and they will take my sisters to go have fun and eat cake at the spring while I'll be stuck in riverside, sweating, working my ass off, while they get to laugh and have fun and splash with my best friend and all our other friends

And I'll be stuck where

Yea volunteering

Yes yes I get it I gotta stack up my damn hours i know

Like I said

I HAVE THREE. MORE. YEARS.

SO SHUT. UP.
