Rules for beginners [requested]

- Brush teeth twice a day

- Eat at least three meals a day

- Try to clean your room once a day

- Always tell CG when sad if you feel comfortable enough

- If CG isn't available when your sad or you don't want to talk to them, write down your feelings

- No talking bad about yourself

- Treat people how you want to be treated.

- Try to make at least one person smile every day.

- Try to take a shower or bath every other day.

- In the morning say 3 positive things about yourself

- Instead of arguing back when someone compliments you, just say thank you (trust me, it changes your outlook a lot)

- Don't answer back to your CG

- Go to bed on time
