FALLEN ANGELS
fallen angels
tumbling to the ground
from utmost grace they came
only to fall down
utter happiness turned to devastating sadness
as they fall with broken wings
crying tears that will forever remain unseen
from light they came
only to become one of the dark
from protector to destroyers
they so easily became
from guardians to warriors
such a sad sad thing
and now they remain
trapped below the surface
to deep for the eye to see
with no answers only questions
and thoughts of what could have been
and the begging of forgiveness
their hearts are non-existent
a twisted memory of what used to be
for, they have fallen
from grace
and fell into the evil clutches
of the monster
the cruel
tricked by false promises
lies told to build up sadness and anger
and slowly deceit began to unravel
and chaous roamed their hearts and minds
until the day they lost all hope and fell
fell from grace
and became one of the fallen
became one of the fallen angels
