Dreaming

I have been dreaming

For as long as there has  been hope

For the key to believing

Is the dreaming

Of a better tommorow

I have been listening

To the answers that people Are speaking

Hoping

For an understanding

Of everything

I have been learning

Believing

In the truth hidden behind the lies

Then the truth overwhelms

And I am left to excape

My fate

Trying to forget the truth

Hidden beneath the lies

Words their sweet diguise

All realities turning

Falling

Out of place

Leaving me in a frantic hope

To cactch the pieces

So sadly breaking

So for now I shall dream

Hoping for an ounce of hope

To help me believe

In the dreams

That fill my mind

Day and night

Dreaming
