Picked up a cicada that was stuck upside down in the street.
They creep me out but I am a sucker.
Allowed it to stay on my finger so I could get a picture of it.
Feel a pinching sensation.
Look to see the cicada has deployed its proboscis and was boring into my finger to slorp my blood.
Proceed to shriek and flail hand.
Cicada is sent right back into the street it came from.
This time it landed right side up and crawled to safety.
I fear cicada now.
