(sorry for the time step)

Today was the day, the boys came back from tour. I was so excited to see them, it feels like it's been forever since I've heard the word darling come out of Freddie's mouth.

"They're going to be here soon, you should get ready petal," Roger smiled.

"I know, I know. I'm just tired s'all," I said as I laid back down.

"Honey, you've been a lot more tired lately. Are you alright?" He asked worriedly.

"Of course I am," I said as I got up.

Roger wrapped his arms around me. He was already dressed, and I wasn't surprised. I knew he missed the boys so much. I missed them too, god they are my best friends.

Roger started to kiss me, that's when I got a weird feeling.

My hand automatically went to my mouth, I ran to the bathroom and threw up.

"Maddie? You alright love?" Roger asked as he pulled my hair back as I threw my guts up.

"N-No," I stuttered.

"Well, maybe you should go to the doctor instead of coming to see the boys. They'll understand," he reassured me.

"But I'm fine, it's just a bit of a stomach bug."

"I think you should go just in case, I don't want to know you're here alone sick," he frowned.

"Agh, alright fine I'll go. You'd have to drop me off while you meet the boys though," I said hesitantly.

He nodded. He went to drop me off at the doctor's office. Once I got there we exchanged our goodbyes and I went inside.

"I'd like to book a check up please," I said.

"What's the name Miss?" The lady asked.

"Madelyn Taylor."

"Ah, the Madelyn Taylor. Roger Taylor's wife from Queen. Of course, we'll get you in as soon as possible."

I thanked her and went to go sit in the waiting room. I could barely keep my eyes open I was so tired.

"Madelyn Taylor," I heard a man say.

I got up and headed back to the rooms with him. He weighed me and got my height done. Checked my temperature and all of that.

"So what seems to be the problem here?" He asked.

"Well this morning I could barely get out of bed, I threw up, and I'm having some kind of stomach cramps at the moment."

He nodded and wrote it all down.

"Would you mind if I take some blood? It's just going to be for a test so I can see if it has to do with anything in your blood," he reassured me. I nodded and let him draw however much blood he needed.

Ten minutes later.

After about ten minutes of waiting, he came back but he looked a lot more smiley than before.

"Is there a problem with anything?" I asked.

"I'm so sorry, we got results back but don't worry they're not as bad as you think. I need to have a pee test just to make sure everything's alright," he said. I nodded and went to pee on a strip he gave me.

Once I was finished I handed it to him.

Five minutes later.

He came back in, this time he was fully smiley.

"So what's wrong with me?" I asked worriedly.

"Well Madelyn, I have news."

"And that is?"

"You're pregnant."

My eyes widened. I was... pregnant?

"I-I'm-" I stuttered.

"Yes Madelyn, you're pregnant."

I didn't even care if he called me by my first name. I was- pregnant.

Holy shit how will I tell Roger.

He ended up taking me for a mini ultrasound, of course you couldn't really see anything. He told me I was about four weeks.

Holy shit I'm pregnant.
