As I stared into the mirror, my honey brown eyes glowered under the golden brown eyeshadow, my mascara enhancing the look even more. I quickly put my coat over my shoulders and grabbed my purse on the way out of my room. When I grabbed my car keys, I walked out of the house and locked it behind me before turning around to only be greeted with a moving-in truck. My eyes slightly widened when the man I had met yesterday was standing in the heating sun with his shirt off while he lifted up two chairs in each arm, flexing every single muscle.

"Come on, Cato, be a fucking man and lift up that table!" I heard Cato shout inside the truck before walking away from it as he walked inside the two-storey house that had just recently been built.

These men were crafted and handpicked by god himself. They looked better in daylight.

"He's so fucking annoying," another tall male with toned muscles and abs walked out of the truck, his dark raven black hair dishevelled due to the sweat and the constant moving. The male lifted up a black glass coffee table, his back muscles flexing as he walked inside the house after Cato.

"Eli, shut your goddamn mouth and move on!" I heard another voice come from inside the truck as my eyes slightly widened when a taller male out of the two with broader shoulders and toned muscles walked out. My eyes slightly widened at the numerous tattoos covered almost entirely his arms and neck, stories of untold secrets as the male crossed his arms over his broad chest with a sexy smirk playing on his lips. His muscular arms seemed constricted by the material of his clothing, his tattoos making an appearance at every change they got and for a split second, I wondered what was under those pants.

I must've stood still in my position for a while because when the handsome man turned his head to meet my widened gaze, I blinked myself back into reality and picked my jaw up from the ground. I cleared my throat and nervously walked towards my car, quickly realising that Cato had damaged it. I knew people would've agreed with me when this man was the embodiment of a god.

"Oh, Evelyn!" I heard Cato yell behind me but I didn't make a single muscle moved. I knew what Cato was doing. "Oh, Everlace?!" Now he just sounded uncertain and was just making it obvious with what he was doing.

After a few seconds, I glanced over my shoulder and crossed my arms over my chest and tapped my foot impatiently while the shirtless, tattooed man approached me with a shake of his head.

"Hey, I'm Asher," the tattooed man introduced himself with such ease, a smirk playing on his lips as his golden-brown eyes twinkled in mischief. "I'm sorry about what happened yesterday. My dumbass of a friend doesn't know how to drive for shit."

"I heard that, dickhead!" I heard Cato shout from the truck, shaking his head in amusement.

"Do you need a ride?" Asher questioned, subtly examining me as he ignored his friend's comment.
