(Peters POV)
One day Later
Peter swings over to the avengers compund to talk to Tony Stark
Tony Stark : "Hey kid, hows it been?"
Peter : "Its been alright Mr.Stark, saved a bunch of people, got churros from old ladys, its been swell"
Tony puts his hand on Peters shoulder
Tony : "Thats good to hear, listen kid, theres a reason why I brought you here"
Peter : "Your adopting me?"
Tony looks at Peter and nods
Peter frowns
Tony : "Im giving you an Avengers level mission"
Peter : "Wait really, what is it?"
Tony takes Peter into a room and turns on the presentation
Pictures of a girl, Peters age, is what is what is shown and Peter instantly recognizes the girl
Tony : "Her name is Wanda Maximoff, she is a high level threat and is on the run from the accords"
Peter : "What did she do"
Tony then shows Peter a picture fron the airport fight
Tony : "She was apart of Caps war criminal team that we faced in Germany some time ago"
Peter : "So what you want me to do?"
Tony then shows a picture of Wanda at the airport
Tony : "She is Confirmed to be here in new york, she was on the run in Switzerland and somehow made it here"
Peter sees the picture and confirms that its the same girl he rescued in the ally the day before
Peter : "What do I do if I find her"
Tony : "Call me, do not try to take her on alone"
Peter : "But Mr.Stark, you said this was an avengers level mission"
Tony : "Trust me kid, she will do things to you, you cant take her on alone"
Peter nods
Tony walks Peter out but the whole time he thinks about the girl he rescued and what bad she could've done to be a war criminal...but he also remembers that she seemed afriad...
