When Harry woke up, he saw that his left arm was bandaged. Then, he felt something moving beside him. "My Child, what happened to your arm?" Mal asked. "It's nothing," he replied, but she could tell he was lying. Then, Harry remembered his letter. He grabbed the letter and ripped it open. He started reading it aloud for Mal to hear.
Since it was still early in the morning, Harry decided to sneak out. He took out a bobby pin that he found in front of Aunt Petunia's door and picked the lock. Mal quickly slithered on Harry's shoulders and they left the house.
