[Leirie’s POV]

 

 

“Leirie!”

 

A cheery voice welcomed me when I went inside our house.

I knew it was her. Kwangmin’s mother, Aunt Mijoon.

We hugged.

“Auntie.” I said with an awkward smile.

“Hey, Leirie-ah, sit down first.” Eomma said.

I sat beside mother, across from a smirking Kwangmin.

“Ah, you really are beautiful, Leirie. Just what Kwangmin likes.” Uncle Sojeo said.

“Appa.” Kwangmin laughed.

 

“Anyway, I know you’re already aware of your marriage. We’re here to decide for a date. So if you’ll- “

 

 

 

 

 

“Leirie-ah?”

With just his voice, I know it’s him.

I stood up.

“Taemin-ah…”

There stood Taemin holding my scarf.

I must’ve left it.

 

“Ah. Mianhaeyo for entering the house without knocking. It’s just Leirie left this inside my car.” He said politely.

I went over to him and grabbed my scarf.

I whispered to him, “L-Let’s talk later. I’ll just send y-you a message.”

I pushed him out.

“Bye.” He said.

“Bye. I love you.” I said before closing the door.

I walked back to the living room, readying myself for questions.

“Is that Lee Taemin of SHINee?” Auntie asked.

“Nae.” I answered.

“What are you doing in his car?” Auntie again asked.

“H-He’s,” I paused. “He’s my boyfriend.”

“W-What?” Auntie and Uncle asked in a whisper.

“Leirie-ah, go to your room now.” Appa said in an authoritive voice and tone.

I silently walked up to my room.

But, still, I eavesdropped.

 

 

 

 

I heard their faint voices.
