Thanks for your prompt, @louisland_! This is incredibly short, but I thought it might get tacky if it went on longer. I hope you enjoy anyway!

Louis bounced on his toes and wrung his hands out, his nerves getting the best of him. He had already gone through sound check hours before and everything had gone smoothly, and now he was just waiting to go on stage. He normally wouldn't be so nervous for a show, but this time was different. He was coming back with new music after a while, and his lyrics were the most honest they had ever been. He knew the fans would easily be able to figure out who he was singing about, which was obviously Harry. He just hoped they would be receptive to his honestly as well as to his new sound. He felt really comfortable where he was at with his music at the moment, but he figured it would take his fans a bit of getting used to. Louis hoped they would all go on this ride with him.

Harry watched Louis bounce around the room, his voice filling up the entire space whenever he would laugh or say something or practice a line. It was only about a half hour until he was supposed to be going on now, and Harry was worried he would waste his energy. He had been taking care of him all day, though, making sure he was drinking enough water and getting some food in his stomach. If Louis was running out of energy now, Harry was certain he would be able to push through the show. And when he crashed after, they would go back to the hotel and spend the night together before Harry would have to fly back to LA in the morning.

"Baby Shark?!" Louis exclaimed suddenly, breaking Harry from his thoughts. Sure enough, the artist who was scheduled to go on before him was covering the song.

Harry chuckled, and Louis shook his head bitterly.

"Out of every song on the bloody planet, she chooses this," he complained, picking up a pair of sunglasses and beginning to fidget with them. Harry approached him slowly from behind, and Louis looked over his shoulder at him.

"Oh c'mon, Lou, s'not that bad. I quite like it actually," Harry smiled goofily as he reached to gently grab Louis' wrist and take the sunglasses away. Louis didn't protest and Harry set them aside before wrapping his arms around Louis' waist and resting his head on his shoulder.

"Momma shark..." he started softly, and Louis scoffed and made an attempt to break away.

"Uh-uh," Harry told him, wrapping his arms tighter around him.

"Harry!" Louis laughed, struggling for another couple of seconds before giving up and melting into the younger man. Harry was still singing softly, a knowing smile spread across his lips. Louis rolled his eyes but couldn't deny the fact that he felt so much better in Harry's arms. It wasn't a surprise to either of them.

When the song was over, Harry pressed several kisses to Louis' cheek before releasing him. Louis smiled and turned around, holding his hands out so Harry could intertwine his own.

"I love you, Hazza," Louis told him. "Even though you just restrained me and sang Baby Shark in my ear for five minutes."

"Oh, stop. You secretly loved every second, didn't you?" Harry teased with a wink.

Louis scrunched his face up at him, and Harry booped his nose. Louis pretended to bite the tip of his finger, and Harry yelled dramatically, quickly pulling his hand away. Louis cackled loudly, and Harry smiled fondly at him before tugging him into his side.

"Think you're ready now?"

Louis nodded. "More than ready."
