Calm, and level headed and loyal. Speaks with proper grammar. Though he can say some very interesting things..

in his game 'Placid River', to go into the backstory part of the game you have to find a secret crevice to fall into. There, the answer to the riddle is Otherworldly_Night. Because of this we assume Otherworldly was the one at fault.
Like most of the other Operatives, he used to be a Dawn. What part of the Dawns unsure. But he was known as Mr. Placidity.
The Nights attacked his village which was near a river. Just as Mr. Placidity tried to save his home, a bomb dropped in front of him burning his face off and launching him into the river.
Scary Day found his body and decided to save him. Couldnt save his face though, never healed and is still burned up, exposing his skull. That's why he wears a mask. He then joined the Days Union, because Scary Day saved his life.
