As his name states he is emotionless. Literally no emotion, not one ounce. He just states the facts. He barely speaks to civilians, mostly pays attention to operatives. He feels absolutely no pain or tiredness.

He looks over the Operatives and he gives advice (or helps Great Day in making decisions) you could say he's Great Day's right hand man.
He's also a scientist, and has been trying to find a cure for the night infection. He owns a lab beneath his residence that has a bunch of specimens and lab things for observing the disease from a safe distance. He does a lot for the union.

He's well respected by the rest of the operatives (except Dreadful of course) and will follow his orders without question. maybe.
His game 'cold origin' seems to only showcase his home and lab. Along with a rather sad sounding song.
| His Past |
We don't really know much about his past. He has said that his memory before the joining the Union is very hazy. Some images flash here and there in his mind, but he has been told to dismiss them. There's also the text below, from his roblox profile.
