"Yesterday's ballet was awesome" Korede said as I stretched my aching bones

Sure it was, you didn't do a thing

"I'm tired" I whined and Korede laughed.

I motioned for him to come closer and I adjusted his tie before thumping his forehead

"Odette" he laughed and I chuckled. Natalie came out from her room, well Korede's room and smiled at me and Korede
"Good morning Odette" she said and I smiled at her
"Morning Natalie" I replied
"You can call me Nat, we're friends" she said and as if reading my mind, Korede gave my palm a gentle squeeze
"I can be your friend but you are definitely not my friend" I spat out and Korede sighed while Natalie looked defeated

"I'm trying to be nice here Odette! What more do you want?" She asked me and Korede pulled me to his chest
"Drop it Odette" he whispered and I shrugged his arms off
"Tell me why your name and face is in Katherine's diary" I said and she became pale before clearing her throat
"I should be asking you that Odette, why is my name and face in your sister's diary? She was sick Odette!" She yelled and I slapped her
"You bullied her!" I yelled and pushed her to the ground
"You bullied her to the point of death!" All I could see was red. Korede held me as my body shook and I tried to control the angry tears that fell from my face but I couldn't

"Odette calm down" Korede whispered in my ears and I held his arm so tight that it hurt my palm
"I hate her Korede, I hate her so much" I cried as tears fell from Natalie's eyes silently

"Why did you bully her!? Why!" I yelled and Korede pulled me into a hug as I cried.
"Odette, I'm sorry" she pleaded and I shook my head
"Ask her to leave Korede" I sobbed and he kissed my forehead, not saying anything. I pulled out from the hug and glared at him
"Ask her to leave Korede" I said with a firmer tone and he sighed
"Odette" he started and I raised my hand to shut him up.
"Now you're picking her over me?" I asked him and he rubbed his face in frustration
"I've to get to work" he said after a while of silence and I stared at him in disbelief.
"Nat" he started but I didn't wait for him to finish. I entered my room and slammed the door shut
"That was harsh" Kathy said and I cleaned my face before giving her a fake smile

"Are you ready to see more memories?" She asked me and I shook my head
"Tell me about your research first" I said with a hoarse voice and she shook her head
"I don't want to" she whispered and I groaned in irritation
"Kathy" I dragged and the place became cold
"I said I don't want to!" She yelled and I stared at her in shock. She calmed down and muttered an apology before disappearing

Great, I'm alone and my boyfriend is with Natalie, just peachy

I sat for a while and sighed angrily when the sound of the clock ticking grew louder

The curiosity was eating me out alive

"I can't do this" I muttered under my breath as I wore my ballet outfit. I placed her diary in my bag and grabbed my phone

2 missed calls

Hmm, why didn't I hear it ring?

I check it and sighed

I dialed her number and walked out of my room before bumping into someone

"Natalie get out of my way" I said and paused in surprise when it wasn't her

"Francis" I breathed out and she curtsied
"Bonjour Mademoiselle" she said with her French accent and I placed the book on the table before crossing my arm
"We don't have our classes until evening" I said and she shrugged before sitting
"Seems like you were about to come to me tho" she replied and I sighed
"What do you want?" I asked and she smiled
"There are some things I want to tell you that I don't think you'd want Korede to know" she said and I rolled my eyes
"You don't think I trust my boyfriend?" I asked her and she smirked
"I don't think you should. Do you want to listen or not?" She asked me and I smiled
"Let's walk to the studio" I said and she shrugged
"You can walk, or we can take my car" she said smugly and felt jealous
"I'll take Korede's ride" I boasted and she laughed
"Okay,  let's go" she said and we left the house after I grabbed one of many Korede's car keys. I chose the Audi and gave Francis a fake smirk
