J- rik there's still 50 minutes left you're not going anywhere
E- Jake nothing is going on
J- can I go in your phone
E- no

She answers quickly

J- your scaring me
E- nothing is going on relax
J- then why can't I go in
E- you just can't

I reach for her phone but she grabs my wrist.

J- rik I don't want to fight
E- babe it's nothing
J- what if your planning to kill me
E- oh yeah like that's gonna happen

I go to reach again with her hand on my wrist. She pulls back and puts my hand under her shirt after she pulled it out of her skirt

J- really rik like that's-

Her lips press against mine and she grabs my other hand and puts that under her shirt too. I close my eyes and and Erika moves closer to my body. After a bit she pulls back after her phone rings again. She picks it up

E- hey mom...I'm sure...
J- rik

She puts her hand on my mouth

E- gotta take a Chance...maybe...this has taken us 3 months...Thursday...mom I can go your not coming to get the things...but you have to come on Thursday...K love you...bye

She looks down to my hands under her shirt. And takes them out

E- okay pretty boy fix your hair I gotta go

She gets out and so do I. She rolls down her skirt once and puts her vest and shirt back in. She fixes my hair under my hood and then gives me a kiss and she pushes me away and I walk backwards

J- I love you
E- *smiles* I love you too

I head inside and finish my day off with the stares and the whispering. I grab my board and skate home

Erika's POV
I get home and go into my moms office

E- hey

I sit on the chair and my mom turns around

An- so he needs to sign here and here

She shows me where Jake has to sign.

E- that's all
An- yea. You guys need to go out tomorrow and get all of his things. You can go during the day or after school I really don't care. Then Wednesday you go show him around then Thursday is the first day

My dad walks in

D- three months of this he better like it there
E- he will
An- go get him to sign go sleep over make him feel loved

I laugh at my mom and grab the piece of paper. I leave going to my room. I stuff it in my bag with clothes for tomorrow. I grab my lanyard and head downstairs to where Charles follows me to throw the halls

C- May I ask where you are going
E- Jakes
C- you guys are back together
E- yeah
C- tell him I say hi and he needs to come here
E- *smiles* anything for you Charles

He opens the door for me and he watches me go to my car

C- have fun
E- Oh I will

I leave going to Jakes. I Finally get there and use my key to get in. Archie comes running from the kitchen. I bend down and pet him. He runs into Jakes room and I follow. I get in there and throw my bag on the floor. Jake lays on his stomach no shirt and grey sweats on. I hear light snores coming from him. I bring Archie out of the room and I lay in the couch with him. He lays on my stomach as I pet him. I shut my eyes trying to get some sleep

Jakes POV
I wake up to my alarm going off. I shut it off and look at the time. I have to go to work in 20 min. I jump up and get into my uniform. I put my hat on and run out of my room. I slip my shoes on and I forget my board in my room. I go the through the living room to see Erika sleeping on the couch with Archie on her stomach. I grab her phone and take a selfie just for jokes. I kiss her forehead and I grab my board and head out

1am

Jakes POV
I skate home getting there quickly. I get in the apartment and I lock the door. I set my bag and board down. I walk into the living room to see Erika's phone but not her. I walk into my room to see Archie in Erika's arms as they are both asleep. I walk up to them and take Archie away and put him in his bed. I go into her bag and I pull out her hoodie and a paper falls out. I pick it up  to see a firm about private school. I put it down as I'm going to look at it after. I take her clothes off and slip her hoodie on. I grab the letter and sit at the end of the bed

We have heard many great things about you. You have caught our eye with your grades. You have really impressed us. You will be a big part of our community and change peoples lives with your presents. So we would like to inform you that you have been accepted to the private school of Ohio. We have heard from some teachers that your mother has passed away and we are deeply sorry. We want to help you out and cover the cost of your education here

I look at Erika then back at the paper. This is probably what she was talking about in the car. I hear her start to move around and I turn around to face her. She rubs her eyes and then sits up.

E- jake?
J- shh, go back to sleep
E- with you?
J- I need to shower and then I will lay with you
E- okay

She lays back down and I get up grabbing my grey sweats and boxers. I head in to the bathroom and take my shower. I soon get out and get changed
