4:1: The Note

ELLE'S POV:

Hello, everyone, since I'm not doing much allow me to introduce myself once again. My name is Elle H [pronounced "Ellie"] I'm 13 now, yes I'm a technically went from tween to teen now. Having my 'fro out as usual and still wearing my blue sweatshirt and green capris. My feet this time are free from the foot-prisons called socks and shoes because I'm inside the house. On the couch watching Netflix in the living room to be exact.
It's a cold Spring here in March 21st 2017 so thank goodness I stayed inside, hoping it would get warmer outside. Elijah, my dear little brother, sat by me, so he'd have something to do.
To be honest we haven't had any adventures or anything interesting happen in several weeks. I think. Besides of course, the times at the FNAF dimension with our animatronic friends solving its lore. Either than that, we haven't heard from them or any other friend for several weeks. Our minds were empty as we watched the television screen and only focused on that. We were watching "Friends", one of my most favorite comedy sitcoms.
And to think this was months after we fought the Nightmares and brushed Bill Cipher off our backs. Months after we were befriending the funtime animatronics except for Ennard because, well, he's a creepy psycho clown.
Sorry that I'm getting off-topic it's just I didn't want to get bored. Also since my brain always thinks up multiple things at the same time 24/7.

If only, if only it could be like old times where adventure could literally come at our doorstep.

Knock, knock, knock.

Someone knocked at our door. Eagerly, I skidded out of the living room to the kitchen then slid to the back door. I squealed a little hoping it was an adventure waiting to happen. When I opened the door there was...nobody. Nobody and nothing except a note. Curious, I picked up the note. It read:

Dear, Elle H,
I've been really wishing to see you. Since your arrival excites me so, I was wondering, would you like to come with me on a date? If so, I'll meet you at your house at 8:00 PM tonight. Either way, I can't wait!
Sincerely, Your Secret Admirer.

Secret Adimirer? I've NEVER had a Secret Adimirer note before. O-M-Goodness, could it be from a fanboy? Or a psychopath? Or someone I'm crushin' on? My Gosh, either way, I'm so excited!

Me: Hey, Elijah!

ELIJAH'S POV:

Elle: Elijah!

Elle cried out from the kitchen.

Me: Wassup, sis?

She flew over towards me and happily picked me up from the couch.

Elle: I've got a "Secret Admirer" note! Ya know what that means?

Me: I've got no clue.

She set me back on the couch and made me bounce excitedly.

Elle: 🎵I'm goin' on a solo adventure tonight!🎵

On the final bounce from the couch, I levitated in the air with a cute little smile.

Me: Alright! Good luck!

Elle: And it's 7:35 right now so I have about 25 minutes to get ready. Wanna grab some munchies?

I whooped with cheer as I swooped over in the kitchen to follow Elle. She was digging into the cupboards for some cereal and other snacks. When we grabbed some things we liked, mom stepped in. Her dark brown straight hair was in a ponytail. She wore looped earrings, a red sweatshirt and blue jeans.

Mom: What are you guys up to?

Me: Elle's got a Secret Admirer note!

Elle quickly turned around, angrily staring at me with her teeth showing.

Elle: Elijah!

Mom's face then grew a funny smile then oohed at Elle.

Mom: A Secret Admirier, huh.

Elle: Mom, it might be a trick or prank or something.

Mom: Or maybe you'll realize a boy in your school actually likes you.

Me: Yeah, Elle.

I'm always used to agreeing to things that my family says.

Elle: Well, either way, the note says he'll come to my house to pick me up at 8:00 tonight so I better get prepared.

Mom: You want me to help you?

Me: No, mom, please, I'll be fine, I'll ready myself.

Since Elle keeps mentioning she can be an independent young woman, she thinks she can do a lot of things herself. Don't get me wrong, she can do tons of things. But I guess since this is her first time asked by a Secret Admirer, she wants to handle this situation on her own.
No matter what though, I stand by my sister and she stands by me through thick and thin.

If this is like any other adventure, what can possibly go wrong?
