Karan and Preeta were on their phones talking to somebody else.
Karan: Bhai, aaj match hai.. Speakers check kar lena please...Commentary ke bina maza nahi aata hai
Preeta: Riya yaar, front row tickets mat lena, Gardan akad jaati hai...Haan mein office se bas nikal hi rahi hoon

They hung up on their phones and smiled at each other. They were about to leave when Vikram came there.
Vikram: Hey, kahin ja toh nahi rahe na tum log?
Preeran looked at each other.
Vikram: Actually, Client ka feedback aaya hai.. Usko designs pasand nahi aaye hain.. Tumhe wapas karna padega sab.
Preeta and Karan were disappointed. Karan stood up to discuss the work while Preeta was busy thinking.
Preeta(in mind): Weekends par bohot yaad aati hai maa ki.. Woh toh Riya yahaan hai.. Toh achha hai.. Mujhe milna hai jaldi maa se.
Vikram: Tum log karloge na?
Karan(through eyes): Mana kardo.. Mana kardo..
Preeta(through eyes): Tum mana kardo na
Karan(through eyes): Koi bhi bahana bana ke nikal lete hai na
Preeta(through eyes): Yeh favour nahi kaam thopne aaya hai..
Preeta: It's okay sir.. Main kardoongi
Karan: Haan.. Koi problem nahi hai
Vikram: Arey waah, tum log saath baithke kaam karoge toh pata bhi nahi chalega..Theek hai.. Thank you... Bye
Voiceover: Pehli baar Karan aur Preeta ki soch ek jaisi thi.. Dono ka dil yahi chah raha tha ki poore office ko aag lagake apne plan resume karein..
Preeta called Riya and Karan called his friends to cancel their plans. They started working and worked for 3 hours continuously.
Preeta(in mind): Abhi Riya.. Movie dekh rahi hogi.. I hate my life
She kept her hands on her forehead, tired of working. Karan looked at her

He crumpled a paper and tried to throw it in the bin but the ball falls outside.

They start having a competition of throwing balls in the bin by aiming at it which Preeta wins.
Karan: Prank call kiye hain kabhi?
Preeta: Haan kyun?
Karan winks at her. She understands it. They both rush to the phone. Karan calls a random person.
Karan: Hello.. Aapka printer chal raha hai?... Chal raha hai.. Zara pakadiye usse.. Kahin bhaag hi na jaaye.
He hangs up the phone and the duo laugh.
Karan: Tumhaari baari..
She calls up a random person too.
Preeta: Hello, Aapki light aa rahi hai?.. Kaise aa rahi hai gaadi se ya paidal..
She too hangs up on the call. The two have a lot of fun and then go back to work.
Preeta(in mind): Kitni der se chup baitha hai.. Pata nahi kya soch raha hai?
Karan(in mind): Kaise shuru karoon?
Preeta(in mind): Cricket ki baat karoon kya?
Karan(in mind): Fashion, politics, climate..Haan
Karan: Preeta
Preeta: Haan
Karan: Glaciers ka pata chala tumhe?
Preeta: Kya hua unhein?
Karan: Pighal rahe hai na aaj kal
Preeta gives Karan an unbelievable look. Karan smiles seeing her.
Preeta: Ek baat poochoon?
Karan: Poocho?
Preeta: Tum itna out of focus kyun rehte ho humesha?
Karan: Matlab?
Preeta: Matlab ek kaam hua nahi dooray mein phas jaate ho.. I mean.. Everyone knows you are super creative but..
She shrugged her shoulders. He looked at her in disbelief.
Preeta: It's okay if you don't want to answer.
Karan: Mujhse kisi ko na nahi kaha jata..Toh phir bol ke phans jaata hoon ke agar commitments poori nahi hue toh?...Bas yahi commitments dimaag mein chalti rehti hai.
Preeta: Kabhi todi hai kisi se commitment?
Karan remembered something and gets sad and then looks at Preeta.
Karan(covering up): Haan na.. Abhi tumhaare viva ke chakkar mein tootne waali hai.. Subah se pehle designs bhejne hai....Woh sab chodo.. Ice cream?
Preeta: Chocolate..
He gets up and goes to the office fridge to get the ice cream. Preeta was working when she glanced at Karan's laptop. The friend's chats were on. She saw all his friends cursing him because he had not joined them for the match.
Preeta: Isne toh kaha tha ki sabne mana kardiya hai.. Kaam bhi hogaya saara.. Yeh ab tak kyun ruka hua hai?
Karan comes there and hands over the ice cream to her. They silently have them.
Karan: Ghar hi chala jata hoon yaar.. Maa ki daant waise bhi tumhaari boring company se behtar hai
Preeta smiled at him. He smiled back too. The two left the office together.
