As I got into the van, I saw Vinceza climb up front and begin to drive. We kept going until we hit downtown L.A. with its blaring music and eye-burning lights filled with neon. I noticed Vinceza pull into a sharp turn and I went flying to the other side of the van, hitting hard and losing consciousness.
"Wake up dumbass." Vinceza said, clearly not sorry.
"Nh.." I muttered as I strained to pull myself up. I was in handcuffs and I could taste a bit of blood. But it wasn't until I looked up that I realized I was somewhere I wouldn't have visitors for my own circumstances. There was a neon sign that read,
