Burn me.
Bury me in all that pain
Engulf my flesh
Spark a match in my vein.
Burn me.
End my suffering with fire
So I can escape from this world;
Spread my ashes by the river
Let me be gone in the wind.
Burn me.
And tell those that I love
That this is for the best
I could never bring them Joy.
Burn me.
End my failed life with mercy
Take me out of this dark world.
The fire but light at the end of my tunnel.
Burn me.
And after, tell those I've let down;
I'm sorry for the pain.
It won't happen again.
