Jaune Arc of the Farsight Enclaves

Chapter four - commander Ark

Joune arc joined the Farsight Enclaves, trirty year's passed after that moment. Jaune Arc proved his usefulness after many battles with orks, eldars and imperium, where he show a great tactic and leadership. However, he also signed up a ticket to the all firing squads of the Imperium, it is not surprising, Imperium is xenofobic nation of the man. Jaune quickly rose in the ranks of the fire caste until he reached the rank of Shas'o, but Farsight is still is an supreme commander of the Enclaves. Farsight agreed to let him use two buttlesuits: XV08 crisis suit

and XV25 stealthsuit.

It is for showing the status of a leader, because, only heroes can use battlesuits. On the custodian class battleship 'mercy of Arc' commander Jaune Arc is leading an operation, his fleet of T'au ships must destroy the imperial convoy before he reached Cadia system. 'Mercy of Arc' and others T'au ships are in position for the ambush in the asteroid field, auxiliary fleet of the Farsight Enclave's allies is operating on the other side on an ambush. Plan is for imperial convoy make his way between the auxiliary fleet and the T'au fleet, then the T'au fleet attack the convoy attracting their attention from auxiliary fleet, auxiliary fleet is going to make a final blow on the enemy and finish the job.
On the bridge of the 'mercy of Arc' Jaune was checking his ship with the air caste pilots.

"GL batteries ?"

questioned Jaune.

"All good"

Anserwed on the comm link the pilot.

"Railguns ?"

"Ready for make the enemy full of holes"

"Void shieilds ?"

"Working"

"Engines ?"

"Hot"

"Okay, everything is okay, gotta make a quick announcement *turns the comm link with the fleet* attention all vessels, be prapared, out intelligence reported that the target moving to the position, all air caste move to the battle stations, fire caste be prepared for enemy boarding teams, earth caste be prepared to repair the ships, commander Jaune out"

Says Jaune before hanging the comm link.

"The trap is set...just like O'Shovah teaching on the way of the Kauyon, 'the patient hunter gets his pray' very true"

Whispered Jaune, then heard the voice of the radar operator:

"Shas'o ! We detect enemy ships, it's a target !"

"How many ?"

"Three cargo ships, one battleship, three cruisers and five escort ships"

Reported radar operator. Jaune stand up from his seat then said:

"Wait until they moved closer"

Enemy ships are heading just as planned, between the auxiliary fleet and T'au fleet.

"*On the comm link* this is commander Jaune speaking, engage the enemy, *to the pilots* full ahead full"

Ordered Jaune. As the ships are exiting the meteor area, Jaune ordered to all T'au vessels:

"Gravity launcher batteries, Fire !"

Ordered Jaune as he watches the torpedoes shooting through the space and hit the targets. But that's isn't enough, so he ordered:

"Railguns, fire !"

Many railguns shells that moving on the ultra speeds hits the target, Jaune watched as their salvo attack actually destroyed all escorts ships and two cruisers, but the enemy also destroyed one corvette class cruiser. It's time for the second phase.

"Auxiliary fleet, now !"-ordered Jaune. From the opposite side of the battle all allied ships are exiting the meteor field.

"Demiurge brotherhood responding, open fire"

Said the captain of allied ship. The ship mine lasers are fired at the enemy flagship, cutting him in half. That the end, remaining vessels is trying to flee the through the warp jump, but also destroyed before he can do that.

"*Through the comm link* This is commander Arc speaking, mission accomplished."

Jaune said as he and other vessels prepared to warp jumping to the Enclaves space before the enemy reinforcement has arrived. The 'mercy of Arc' was shaked, like someone rammed him, he quickly questioned:

"What is happened ?"

"Commander ! The warp storm are pop in, we are in the danger zone !!!"

Shouts in panic navigator.

'This is bad'

Jaune thought before he questioned:

"Can we exit the danger zone in time ?"

"No !! We are going to be sucked into the warp !!"

Shout in the panic navigator.

"Stop the panic *through the comm link* this is commander Arc speaking, engage the Heller field and prepare for warp travel, i repeat, engage the Heller field and prepare for warp travel"

Ordered Jaune before he closed his eyes...and the ships of the protectors fleet of the Farsight Enclaves was sucked into the warp.
