As I sent the message, my discord got so angry at me. All of the reactions were bad, excluding some of the staff.
I decided I would just mute the discord server entirely, for a couple hours, until they realize that there is nothing they can do to make me change my mind.

As those hours went by, a different message came in my privates.
It was from one of my admins.

I really don't understand why he would say these things to me. Why is he so caring now? He was the first one who got up and said he would just start a new project without me...

• Actually, I was wondering if we could make like a trade or something...
• I can make your users happy, and make them understand your decision :)

He's been typing for what it feels like 5 minutes now, and I really don't have a good feeling about this... should I just say no? - I thought for myself. But then, finally, the message arrived:

• Last week or something like that, I was going trough the forums, and I was watching all of the staff applications, and they were bad as hell, btw.
But there were two of them who caught my attention, and here is my point:
I want you to interview them.

< Why would I interview people to be staff on a server that is closing in two weeks?  you stupid >

• Nono, let me explain
• One of them is a huuuge youtuber, as I saw, im not 100% sure if its actually him, but I can get in a call with him when you aprove this.
• The other one, is just a random guy that I think would fit to be the staff on my new server lmao, so yeah.

• Ok I will explain quick
• Youtuber gets staff no matter how dumb he is.
•Youtuber doesn't know server is closing.
• Youtuber usually does videos of trolling people in servers
• People like to be on videos on youtube
• People say to the youtuber, the server is closing.
• Youtuber doesn't really care, but he needs another server for trolling.
•.... And yeah, thats what my server will be. I will get along with him, and that way, this guy and I, can move the community to a whole new server, thats mine.
• People are happy and forget about their favorite server closing forever.

•Well, first of all
• I want you to interview him, cause 1) He wants to talk to the owner, and 2) You could make a video and gain views by putting him in the title, lol
• I know you don't make thaat many videos anymore, but yeah, it could help you somehow
• Just use your "Youtuber clickbaiter viewer needer" mindset, lol. Im sure you can get something that works out for you by using him

•Oh, I really don't want to spend time in searching my own staff, you know, im more of the plugins and stuff like that type of guy, so yeah, it will just be something you will do for me.
•You were always the one making the interviews, so, making one more won't be a problem

I minimized the discord, and look up at the ceiling, as I put myself more comfortable on the chair.
