chapter 5

Marinette 

I was so tired I was so late,  Emma would not sleep Adrien was in his room and Adrien's parents were coming today I had a crib in the living room for Emma I was where my room was still being set up My eyes were closing when Emma starting crying again I groan getting off the couch and picking her up "shhh baby everything is okay" I held her against my chest as she laid her head on my shoulder it was so hard right now and I felt like crying every time I tried to lay her down or I sit down she would start to cry so I was standing there my feet where killing me and I was tired it was 12

Emily 

I and my husband have been at the police station talking with our Friend Fu he wanted us to protect Adrien and a female so we got everything set up so they where safe right then me and Gabriel walk into the mansion  there was crying for a few minutes coming from the living room I look at Gabriel as we walked to the living room there was a female holding a baby girl in her arms she looked tired and looked like she was about to cry I walked over to her 

"dear," I said as she jumped back looking at me with wide eyes

 "sorry you scared me," she said

 "Im so sorry I didn't mean to I just notice that you looked tired," I said as she nodded 

"I haven't slept in a few days," she said as my eyes widen

 "Want me to take care of the baby?" I asked as she nodded handing her to me 

"her name is Emma," she said

 "she is a beautiful baby,"  I said

 "thank you," she said, 

"If I may ask where is her father?" Gabriel asked 

"my job back then was dangerous and I had to give him up so he would not get hurt and his family he cared about them so much and I could not think of how hard it would be if he lost them so I left he dosent know about the baby or about me" he said as I looked at her in shock 

"you have been taking care of the baby alone," I asked as she nodded 

"my family was killed by the guy who wants to kill Emma's father I also dont trust people and when I came to help Adrien I got to know him and I know I cant trust you all" she smiles as I nodded 

Adrien 

I walk downstairs I could hear Emma crying when I come to the room she was in her crib it was around 3 in the morning I pick her up Marinette might be in the bathroom or something I sit on the couch putting her in my lap she calms down as I rub her stomach her eyes closed as she falls asleep her breathing slows down also

 "I'm going to make you put her to bed often" Marinette whispers I turn to see her she walk to the couch sitting down laying her head on my shoulder 

"I'm so tired" she whispered as I nodded 

"you can sleep I will take care of her," I said

 "But I need to..." he breathing slows down as she falls asleep all three of us fall asleep on the couch

Natalie 

I walked into the mansion I right away see Adrien sleeping in the living room on the couch I walk in to get a better look and I see a baby sleeping in his lap and a female on his shoulder sleeping I was shocked I walk to the officer to see Emily and Gabriel working 

"did I miss something?" I asked as I show the picture of what I found

 "Aw Adrien learn how to calm down Emma" Emily smiles as I look at her with wide eyes 

"I need more coffee," I said walking to the kitchen as she laughs 

Adrien 

one week later

I got Marinette to sleep in my bedroom Emma's crib was in there where no room right know all of them are showrooms or fabric rooms and other stuff my parents got rid of the guess room she Marinette was staying with me we where going to share the bed I was in bed right know My mom was playing with Emma and Marinette was fast asleep she then whimpers she shoots up I look at her she had tear running down her checks I wrap my arms around her crying she sobs in to my shoulder as I held her 

Emily 

I walked with Emma to Adrien's room when I get there Marinette is sobbing as Adrien holds her I looked worried as Emma's eyes widen 

"Mama," she said as Marinette head shoots up looking at Emma she smiles 

"oh Emma" she whispered taking her out of my arms holding her tight

 "dada" she points at Adrien he looked shocked happy and surprised Marinette cried 

"Marinette I want to be here for you" Adrien whispers holding Emma as she nodded 

"I want you here you help me and make Emma happy" she cried as Adrien held both of them I smile as I wipe a happy tear off my check I walk out of the room and walk to the office where Gabriel I walk in wrapping my arms around him 

"Adrien growing so fast," I said as he nodded

 "I know I'm sorry I could not protect you when they kidnapped you, you would have been there when Adrien grew up," he said as I nodded holding him tight

 "Its okay as long as im here know and my family is here" I remember the day they let me go Adrien girlfriend gave her self up for me I remember her being there helping me get away she gave up her life for me and know she is here she dosent know I kow the only reason I recognize her is because of the neckless I gave her
