"Hey" I spoke into my receiver as I received a call from my husband.
"Hey, how you feeling?" He asked.
"I'm just fine, and yourself?" I shot back
"I'm feeling great. I'm leaving my set now, I just wanted to check on you and see what time you'd be home" He asked as I looked at my watch and it read 5:30.
"I can get off right now actually" I said
"Ok well I'm already on my way to the house, so I'll see you there" He said as I smiled and replied ok before hanging up. I gathered my things, said my goodbyes and left the office. I got into my car and drove home. Mid-way, Zoe called me. Zoe is my best friend and is extremely ghetto but I love her.
"Hellerr" I answered
"Heeeeyyyy bittch!" She screamed as I laughed
"Wassup Z"I said shaking my head
"Nu'in nu'in whatchu doing?" She asked
"On my way home, me and Jacob have that doctor's appointment" I reminded her.
"That's right." She said "Well call me when you get out boo." She said as I said ok and hung up. When I got in the house I dropped my keys and removed my shoes making my way upstairs.
