Peter gasped, his mind whirling. "WHAT?!"

~End of Flashback~

He pulled himself off of the bed, lulling slightly. His ears perked up as he heard someone enter the room, all his attention suddenly turning to the brunette man infront of him.

"Mr Stark?" He asked wearily. "W-what happened?"

Tony pinched the bridge of his nose and looked up at the teen infront of him. "You passed out kid, from shock." The man told the boy, voice filled with guilt and sympathy.

"I-I w-what?!"

"From your identity being revealed. You made it to the Tower and then passed out."

Peter stared at him blankly, before every little thing that had happened came back into his head. "I GOT ACCUSED OF MURDER?!"

Tony nodded his head, grimacing. He smiled sympathetically at the boy. "I cleared your name, don't worry."

Peter took a deep breath and nodded, "Am I still gonna go to school? What about Aunt May?!" He exclaimed in a worried tone.

"Yes, you're going to school." Tony told him, a small smile playing at his lips. He outstretched a hand for Peter as a sign for him to get up.

The latter complied, pulling himself up with his arms. "I better get ready." He walked out of the door and went up to his room in the tower, which he figured would be his main bedroom for the foreseeable future.

He changed into some new clothes, some jeans, a Spider Man t-shirt and a Midtown Tech blazer. He grabbed his school bag, wondering why it was here next to his bed and not at Aunt May's.

The teen strolled out of the door, trying to keep up a brave and unfased facade. He didn't succeed.

Peter met up with Tony in the kitchen, who was holding out some pieces of toast for the boy. The arachnid gladly took the toast, shouldering his bag and making his way to the door. "Am I going with Happy or…?" He asked, shifting his wait from foot to foot.

"I'm driving you kid. Now let's go!"

Sorry to disappoint you all but there'll be a part 2, I'm having difficulty with writing at the moment so I might make some short Oneshots soon and then continue with all the requests. I'm sorry.

The short Oneshots will probably be in the 350-450 word range. So shirt but not ridiculously short.
