Hardwork is often required for one to master their craft. Religious practice and effort put together will bring a forth a skill that is obtained after a while. The more it is done, the better you become at it. It will start coming naturally to you and eventually it becomes a part of you.

Putting in the hours can be strenuous and demanding but nothing beats experience. The experience that one gets over doing repetitive work is very substantial and often times experience plus required knowledge brings results. The skillset is perfected through experience which comes from hard work. Competence is achieved through putting in the effort and man hours.
